The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Laurel Park
I lived here for 4 years and let me tell you it’s not worth the rent! The pictures aren’t current to date and when new management took over Nov 2021 they screwed a lot of people out of their homes. The laundry facilities are gross, uncleaned and the machines take your quarters and/or are broken all the time. It takes months and months for work orders to get done then they complain and say it’s the tenants fault. They raised the rent over 50% to existing tenants but refuse to do any upgrades to existing tenants apartments and are instead fixing ones that are vacant so you pay the price for an upgraded apartment while stuck in the crappy dump apartment. So people have moved out that the w/s/t bill has also more then doubled. You don’t pay for just your usage but the building at a whole including the lawn care bill which isn’t right. Don’t even ask for an itemized statement because they aren’t going to give it to you. The pool hasn’t been properly cleaned or maintained all summer and smells like a rotting corpse. This place was a joke and I’m glad I’m gone!
