The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

She always has a kind, 'happy to serve you' attitude. She immediately writes down your concerns and the maintenance staff quickly respond.

Thank you for your 5-star review, we greatly appreciate it. Have a nice day.
Affordable and has everything you need. They allow dogs and Cats. I recommend you request an end unit if possible, only one wall neighbor. This place has a nice pool and a fenced-in area for your dogs. You can make it your own, and the new owners Real Estate Associates are amazing!

Thank you for your 5-star review, we greatly appreciate it. Have a nice day.
Lauradale apts are old and dated. Don’t know when or if upgrades have ever been done. The staff is grossly underpaid (they tell me). The lack of decent pay doesn’t inspire the staff to be very responsive to the needs of the folks who live there. There is a good bit of drug activity. The neighborhood behind Lauradale is very sketchy. I know, for sure, they have had lots of bedbug and roach issues. Just make sure you look at the apt you will be renting and not just the “model “ apt that they show you.

I moved in recently and feel like I'm right at home. My pros are the staff and the look of my apartment. Tiffany helped me with my move in and was kind and professional. She was so helpful. I was introduced to the other staff members and everyone was nice. Patrick has great information. The maintenance guys keep the place looking good. Cons would be the parking situation (not assigned) and they don't have a gym.

Thank you for the feedback! We strive to provide excellent customer service. We are thankful to have you as a resident here at Lauradale!
Property could be really great if the owners would actually put some money into it. The property manager is never doing anything when I go into the office. She acts like she tries so hard to make a difference, but she doesn’t. She doesn’t respect the residents, which is crazy because we are the only reason she has a job.... Maybe start there Southwood.... Get a property manager that is kind to your residents and will attempt to improve our community. The man who works in the office is always friendly. I believe his title is the “leasing agent”.

Rips you off at the end when it comes to your ending lease. Rude office staff. They arent willing to compromise. There's bugs everywhere. And they don't pay for exterminators except once in a blue moon so get ready for bugs all year long. And police are here non stop. You are in the hood. Be warned and prepared. I'll never come back here. Or recommened it

Lived here for the last 8 Months of being in the military. Great value for the price! Tiffany and Brittany were very professional and friendly and the maintenance crew always took care of a work request with no issues. Highly recommend these apartments!
