This property is DISGUSTING!!! Roaches everywhere!! The maintenance is horrible!!! Rent is to high for those little apartments and nothing is updated everything is old and breaking down…. They only care about money window was broke for 4 months before anyone even came and took a look at it….NOT TO MENTION THE CRIME !!!! You will always hear gun shots,Omg police and helicopters were always over there a few cars has been stolen a few breaks in ever other week it’s ridiculous and unsafe…..I STRONGLY DO NOT recommend you move here
I'm on month 8 of my dishwasher being broken, and my water heater outlet burnt. It was “Temporary fixed” 4 months ago which is not safe. Just this month my A/C started leaking into my linen closet and my closet. Maintenance is horrible. Basically, my whole apartment is a temporary fix. Now I'm just waiting for my lease to end. -June 26, 2021

This area is very family oriented but the maintenance service is not so good. Convenient plaza across the street with foot locker, publix, golden crust, and burger king. The area feels very home like.
