Horrible Management

My experience with this apartment complex has been extremely subpar ever since move in back in December of 2023. Thankfully, I terminated my lease on 11/13/24, but I still haven’t received back my security deposit or even a status of my deposit. I called two weeks prior to today (01/22/25), and kept being told that the property manager would call me to discuss my deposit, however, that same property manager is no longer with the company. I expressed my concern to the staff and was met with a “not my problem” attitude. Instead of giving them a hard time I decided to make note of this horrible display of customer service and warn any future residents. Be aware.

Unprofessional

I got home from the airport this morning to my car being booted, and a flat tire I am a resident and have never been late on my rent ever. I call the boot removal company and their reasoning was if a residents tire is flat then the car will be booted and I have to pay the boot removal fee or my car will be towed tomorrow, so I missed work today. This is very unprofessional! As a resident I am entitled to a parking space it is winter time and tire pressure drops when temperatures drop. It doesn’t make sense to boot a car of a resident for having a flat tire wether the tire is flat or not I’m still taking up 1 parking space which I pay for directly in front of my home. If the tire was perfectly fine I’d still be in the same exact parking spot. This place also has cheap maintenance the carpets lift up in the bedroom, the floor is uneven and they paint over any defects. You can’t clean the bathtub properly because the paint will scratch off the gym door doesn’t close the gate to the pool is broken, gym equipment is broken, I could go on and on but this was my final strike I’m moving!

Eh!

I've lived in this property going on 4 years. I can't move due to my child being in High School and I don't want to switch him. Property is very disorganized. There's trash all over the ESPECIALLY on weekends, which attracts raccoons (lots of them) one ran after my son and almost came in the house!!! I promise you management isn't doing background checks on half of the people that live here. There are unlimited of ppl living in these apts. For example my neighbors have about 11 ppl in a 3 bedroom apt. The ducks are out of control. There are tons of them and tenants feed them! Commercial trucks are allowed to park on the property leaving other tenants without parking. I've made several calls to maintenance because there are 2 bedrooms in my apt that are really hot, AC doesn't work properly I have been forced to by fans because Maintenance just says they're not sure what to do in order to fix it. Maintenance barely speak English, Very hard to communicate with them. Bottom line if you have other opinions take it! Too many issues with this property plus rent is sky high!

Digusting

old management was the worse. Feels like it was the projects. They charge extra for garage and it rhe most disgusting part driving pass the mess. The ppl who live there just tgrows everything in front of the trash can insteas of inside. They have ducks everywhere that are disgusting. Dog park is the worst. Gate has been broken n dogs can go under. There were needles by the water on the floor. List can keep going

DON'T DO IT

Honestly would rate this community zero starts. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!! I signed an agreement and put down a hold and deposit for an apartment in the beginning of February that was available March 27. Everything seemed to line up perfectly, however, we were just told that our apartment was no longer available. The first reason was because the tenants needed a little more time. The real reason was because the unit needs to be renovated and it was an oversight by office staff. I was told I could move into another classic unit April 8. I have already sogned documents to move out of my current apartment complex by March 31. I was told that from a customer service standpoint the only thing they could do was give me my money back but they couldn't do anything about the fact that they are leaving me and my 7 year old homeless for 1 week. The manager Sharon told me she couldn't do anything and could not put us in an upgraded model unless we wanted to pay more. Upon realizing she really had no sense of urgency, we requested our money back. We were told that the funds had already been deposited and we'll receive a check in 2-4 weeks via mail- to the address listed on the application, where I will no o her be living!!! I have less than 3 weeks to find a place to live and I need that money to move somewhere was provided I can find a place. The issue is still not resolved almost 5 days later and no one seems to care that me and my kid don't have a place to live. This is just the worst experience I've ever had and we still don't know where we're going to live. Seriously do not waste your time, they just want your money.

It's okay

To start the staff is nice I give them that.. but any issues Ive ever had with maintaine (i.e a/c went out) they wait a full day until they finally show up and by that time I take matters into my own hand and fix it before since sweating in the Florida heat just isnt my thing.. this has happened 3 times. The parking is HORRIBLE! They need assigned parking or something because there's not nearly enough space for the residents here. Cars parked all over the road blocking ways is just unacceptable. It's frustrating coming home and circling the parking lot 3times for a spot. So my overall opinion... it's okay.

The location of the apartment is great. Conveniently located to the Boynton Beach Mall, as well as major grocery stores, Gas stations, metro and the highway. The staff is incredibly helpful and the environment well maintained. Love the amenities, use them all the time. Plus the tranquility.

i use to love this neighborhood until greystar took over, the new staff is condescending and has rules for everything and are always accusing me of things i don't do.

Just a brief review of my apartment, there's bad moment were you place a service request and no response for days, also there are good moment were you have a great crew member that provide you with their great service. overall I can say that it's ok, but with the reassessment getting a break from paying a place to leave it's a huge relief, and I'm looking forward to that. thank you.

The island that has it all !

Very home feeling interiors. Quite neighborhood, relaxing 24 hour pool area. Gym has basics to keep the body going. Staff has been co operative since application. You are completely surrounded by the most needed stores, whether you need to shop for groceries or appliances. Need a fancy night ? You can go from quick family dinners to nice and fancy dates within a 10 minute radius. Only personal issue is the trees sometimes can "leaf" some messes on your cars, so a car wash might be needed once a month.
