EXCELLENT SERVICE

First time EVER moving out on my own and Tina made the process simple and easy. She was helpful, resourceful, patient, and understanding. From the tour to the paperwork to getting my keys, she was there every step of the way. She was very responsive to my calls, emails, and thousands of questions I had. The community is friendly, the amenities are amazing, and don't forget you're in DOWNTOWN! Being in a studio, the AC works well and I never complain about not having enough space. Everything is electric in the apartment. Arenas Road gets packed with cars, but every unit has their assigned parking spot, which is nice. The only two recommendations I have is to install solar and install numerous electric vehicle charging stations. I do see a lot of residents with electric vehicles.

Eclectic Community in an Incredible Location!

This is my second time leasing at Latitude 33. We leased in 2017 when we relocated to Palm Springs in 2017 and got to know the area before we bought a house. It is the best location that is walkable to all the best parts of downtown Palm Springs! After we sold our house and moved away - we found work bringing us back to Palm Springs 3 years later, and we needed a place to land in Palm Springs again. Tina in leasing made it super easy, and we are very happy. While you don't have laundry in the units - having the laundry area (which has lots of machines) is a great way to meet your neighbors. It's fun to be back in this community and enjoying Palm Springs again!

DO NOT MOVE HERE

Tour guide was extremely rude & bullied me into not moving here! Not only was she late to the scheduled appointment which was confirmed 30 mins prior to but then she complained about taking me on the tour multiple times ! Literally showed me apartment in less than 1 minute, she walked in and straight out extremely fast and didn't even show bathroom while she standing outside the door when I was looking at bathroom yelling at me from outside! Then gave me a list of other places that have availability. Super disappointed and very unprofessional community!!!!!

Couldn't Be Happier!

Perfect location! Office staff is great! I love my 1bdrm loft. Hummingbirds everywhere! The grounds are impeccable. Moved here from Chicago in Feb and feel like I landed in paradise. I've easily made friends here as most of the residents are lovely and warm and meet up in the evening to hang out at the grill or fire pit with a beer. It's what apartment living should be.

Absolutely Beautiful, Safe Environment, Lovely Neighbors

Latitude 33, Palm Springs is a fantastic community with gorgeous apartments and surroundings. The staff and maintenance are outstanding, the quality of living is very nice. There was a neighbor here whom everyone complained about because of the noise at 3am and police there because of it. I believe they were asked to leave rather soon. In 2 years, that was the only hiccup I have ever witnessed. I have seen the complaints above, it seems to be the same person. Their description is ludicrous. The people of Latitude 33 would not stand for any of the said behaviors. This is an exceptionally clean, chic complex and I absolutely love living here!

BEST PROPERTY MANAGER & UNIT!

When I moved you PS, I had three other apartments to look at. Latitude 33 was my first stop and it was love at first sight. They just had a complete renovation so everything was clean with modern fixtures. I instantly put my deposit down. I loved that my unit was in front of the bbq area and pool. The property manager, Patricia, is literally the shining star of Latitude. So many residents stay because of her. The maintenance, Jáimé, is on top of everything. If you needed something done, you could call him and he’d fix it right away, not that much needed fixing. Location is the best part about this place since everything is walking distance! This place was like vacation everyday!

Will you be their next victim?

This place is a SCAM! They didn't replace the insulation so it's immpossible for anyone to live in the studios. Patricia or her lackeys won't tell you this because they want to deceive you into signing a lease which you can't get out of unless you pay $1000 (how convenient for them). Their scam is to get as many people into a lease and then collect the $1000 from the un happy tenant who couldn't take the noise. Lattitude 33 exploits this fact in trying to make as much money as possible deceiving people into a lease that Lattitude 33 very well knows you wont last in. All Lattitude 33 has to do is wait for you to fork up the $1000 lease break and wait for the next un suspecting victim to make another $1000. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE OR BE TRICKED BY THEIR DECEPTION. Will you be their next victim? I bet soon after there will be a "representative" from Lattitude 33 offering assistant to "fix" the situation. Don't be fooled folks! It's just another deception by Lattitude 33 to appear to want to help the matter online so you will think this matter is handled. Well look at the same complaint over a year ago and yet still nothing has been done about it.

STAY AWAY!

STAY AWAY! This is the absolute worst apt community I have ever lived in. It is the most expensive in Palm Springs which you would think would keep out the riff raff but it doesnt. The location is the only thing good about the place. The building was cosmetically remodeled but if you live down stairs know that the subfloors are not up to code per a city council member and you will hear absolutely everything that your neighbor does. It sounds like a heard of elephants all hours of the night and day. My neighbors floor is actually buckling and I almost fell thru the floor in the bathroom. Opening his window one day the window literally fell out on to the floor and almost cut him. The place used to be called crack towers and has'nt changed. There are drugs, drug dealers, tweakers, and homeless people on site constantly. I have had police pounding on my door in the middle of the night 3 times since I have been here less than 6 months. The management is mean and hostile the moment that you move in. The rules are always changing and getting more strict for residents that actually abide by them. Despite an on site security guard there are constant thefts and break ins to go with the drugs. The management will tell you there is a very good screening processs for residents and it is a building for young professionals but it is all a lie. As a matter of fact everything is a lie. There is no ventilation in the bathrooms, the air conditioning is constantly breaking down and there have been so many people that have not paid rent and have moved out in the middle of the night that they charge it to the residents on the sewage and water bill. They say it will be $20 a month but I have never paid that it is more like $40. Trust me, many people break lease and happily pay extra just to leave this travesty that they call a luxury community. There is nothing luxury about it. And to make matters worse the washer and dryers that are too expensive are constantly broken and never clean. Do yourself a favor and skip this place. You will thank me.

Latitude 33

I live in Palm Springs, Ca. I love this location. I have to move because owners are remodeling all units. My rent will increase from $725 to $1200 . Would love to stay here. Apartments will be wonderful but I can't afford that much rent.
