Latigo Crossing

I love my apartment! I have lots of closet space and even a pantry in the kitchen. The workers are friendly and fix stuff right away. I would recommend this place if you are looking for an apartment.

I’ve lived here for almost 5 months and this is the best apartment complex i could have chose! The staffing is amazing Dru and Ethan are always available and ready to help! Anytime we’ve had an issue with our apartment (hasn’t been anything to crazy) maintenance is on top of it and get to you very quickly! Not to mention they do events every month that include the whole apartment complex!

The apartments are really nice with lots of closets and storage . The office lady is very nice and the grounds are really clean. They do something fun for the residents every week. My dog loves the dog park and all the greenspace here.

The service I get from the office staff is great. They are very friendly and always make me feel welcome. The tech that comes to fix things for us is very friendly and responds quickly. I really love all the functions they have every week. I have lived at other so called luxury places in Victoria and they don't even come close to Latigo!

I love living here at Latigo! This is by far the best place I have lived in Victoria! I have lived at other places in Victoria and never had the same customer service that I get from Latigo. I really like all the events that they have every week.

This is a very well maintained property in a great location. All my service issues are taken care of quickly and management is great.

They do not treat people very well ,and ignore reality ,then play victim .I would recommend reading all papers!

This part of Texas, might does not have the best of places to hangout,but my point is even you do not need as this complex has all in one. Best of amenities, big pool to enjoy, a lot of greenery which is hard to find in this weather in Texas. well maintained parks and as well dog park. may be at last but not the least is the staff and management working at their level best and hearing to every request and work very promptly.

I just moved into this apartment about 3 months ago, but so far everything seems to be going wonderfully! I got a personal walk through from Dana, the Manager, when I first moved in. They have options of wood or carpet floors, and I went with the beautiful wooden floors. They also have huge garden oval tubs that I LOVE to come soak in after a long day of work. They also come with washer and dryer, and since these apartments are brand new, everything is is perfect condition. That is my favorite part. The pool is also a really nice hangout spot, and most of the tenants are pretty friendly. They are going to open a dog trail here pretty soon as well. The inside is definitely something to see for yourself. The only reason I put 4 stars, is because the rent in this city overall is a bit too expensive. It can be unaffordable to many who would like a nicer place to live. Also, the balconies in the 2 bedroom apartments are a little bit smaller than I would have imagined. Overall though, I am very happy with this decision. Come stop by and take a look for yourself! :)
