I lived at this property for over 2 years and had nothing but a great experience with the office and my apartment. I had an assigned parking spot near my apartment, it was quiet throughout the week and maintenance always too care of my issues. Reading other reviews, I am wondering if they actually lived there since I had the opposite experience. I have recommended to others to live there and have not heard anything negative.
Honestly, this is not a bad property. The staff is great, the rent is cheap and you get what you pay for. Some residents are the problem here. The people in the office always answer questions and actually try to help. But realistically its an old building, if you want luxury go rent down the street where the new complex are at.
DO NOT COME LIVE HERE! My Fiancée and I moved I to these apartments in August of last year. Everything was fine for the first couple of months. A few issues came with it. Maintenance pretty much never came. They would also cancel requests all the time for no reason at all. I would put in a request in the app, and then 30 days later, it will say that the task was completed, but no one came. It wasn't until I started to threaten that I would bring someone to fix it, and they came to take the costs off our rent for the next month that they actually came to fix a few things. The parking pass issue: I bought my mom's car off of her last year, any we never changed the title to my name because it didn't really matter. When they were enforcing the parking passes. I went up to give them my insurance and my registration, but then they denied me because my name wasn't on the registration because the name on the registration has to match the lease name on file. So I was stuck parking on the street for the last 2 months of me living here when I paid rent just like everyone else. The receptionist in the office is nothing but rude and opinionated. You would ask him if he would belittle you instead of just being nice and answering the question. The bug issue: DO NOT LIVE HERE! About 4 months into our lease, there were, and im not even joking to you, at least hundreds of cockroaches, termites, and other kinds of bugs EVERYWHERE! I was never able to find the source of the problem, but when I brought it up to the office, they did nothing about it. We keep our space very clean, and the last few months, we've been nothing but sick. The office wouldn't do anything because we had a dog and the chemicals that they have to use would be harmful unless we were out of the apartment for 2 weeks, which I had offered to leave with our dog for 2 weeks but they said that they didn't want to do it. So now we're stuck with all of these bugs. This was a terrible experience living at this property. DO NOT LIVE HERE

This is unacceptable. Please immediately send me a list of all current, outstanding repairs. I will personally supervise our Maintenance Manager to ensure these tasks are completed within 48 hours. Pest Control and Health Concerns: We are very concerned about the reported infestation and your health. We need to schedule a comprehensive, professional treatment immediately. We will work with you directly to provide a safe plan for your dog during the necessary treatment period, including discussing options for temporary stay if required. Please contact me so we can set this up as a top priority. Parking Policy: Our parking policy requiring the vehicle registration name to match the leaseholder is non-negotiable for security purposes. However, if you are still experiencing difficulties, please bring your documentation to the office, and I will personally review the situation to ensure you are compliant and have a proper pass. Office Staff Conduct: We expect all staff interactions to be professional and courteous. We apologize for the reported rudeness; we are using this feedback as a direct coaching moment for the staff member involved to ensure a more positive environment. We want your remaining time here to be comfortable and safe. Please contact me directly as soon as possible so we can rectify these critical issues.
This is one of the worst places to rent. They will take your rent and leave you out to dry when it comes to maintenance issues and any other tenant needs. The apartments are damp and musty. I have seen roaches and rats inside and outside apartments. There are leaks everywhere on the property according to management and that's why I go without hot water for days? The hot water turns off on a regular basis for days at a time. I once went 4 days without hot water and my calls were ignored. A week later I went another 2 days without hot water. There are pending repairs and maintenance will try to schedule you weeks out. The trash is overflowing on a constant basis. There are small dogs taking craps all over the property and no one is cleaning it up. Not the dog owners or the property owners. DO NOT RENT HERE! ¡NO ALQUILES AQUÍ! Este es uno de los peores lugares para alquilar. Ellos tomarán su alquiler y lo dejarán seco cuando se trata de problemas de mantenimiento y cualquier otra necesidad del inquilino. Los apartamentos están húmedos y mohosos. He visto cucarachas y ratas dentro y fuera de los apartamentos. Hay fugas en todas partes de la propiedad según la administración y es por eso que me quedo sin agua caliente durante días. El agua caliente se apaga regularmente durante días seguidos. Una vez estuve 4 días sin agua caliente y mis llamadas fueron ignoradas. Una semana después estuve otros 2 días sin agua caliente. Hay reparaciones pendientes y el mantenimiento intentará programarle semanas. La basura se desborda constantemente. Hay perros pequeños tirando dados por toda la propiedad y nadie la está limpiando. No los dueños de perros ni los dueños de propiedades. ¡NO ALQUILES AQUÍ!
