Vista Hills Country Club serves as the neighborhood's main attraction, featuring an excellent golf course, a restaurant, and even the occasional special event. If you want to get to know your neighbors in Vista Hills Park, head out to the fairways.
You can find rentals all over the neighborhood, especially the area right around the country club. While residents typically head elsewhere when they want to go out, this area does have a few restaurants and casual bars, including Handlebars Bar and Grill. Go up Lee Trevino Drive to the northeast corner of Vista Hills Park to see the majority of the dining options.

Used to LOVE it here, unfortunately the quality/standards have gone down. Resident's concerns are taken lightly and recent tenants have zero respect for paid parking spots. The maintenance is on point!

I moved here from Dallas. I have had zero regrets. The staff is very attentive everything is fixed ASAP. The neighborhood is lively with everything so close. The apartments are a clean quiet oasis. Can't say enough about this great community.

We moved from Dallas last year and the process was easy and smooth. Angel made it so easy to move in and was very attentive with everything. Once moved in, the community itself was a great place to live. Clean and Lorenzo the maintenance specialist was great and any issues that we had, which weren’t many were taken care off immediately. Move out was also painless. If we ever comeback to El Paso, we will definitely look to live here again.

After living here for almost 3 years, there isn't anything my family and I could say negative about Las Norias. The staff are AMAZING, the facilities are perfect, and the environment is beautiful. Look no further than Las Norias if you're looking to rent in El Paso.
this is a great wonderful apartment, is luxury and secure, the landscaping is real beautiful and well maintain make me live relax and happy is real clean and is being rang # 1 on El Paso Tx. is also located next to the eastside country club, Angel the manager and Debbie the Assistant manager are real friendly and efficient they treat me with courtesy and respect, also the maintenance man Lorenzo is super efficient and quick to attend all my needs regardless on any problem I have in my apartment is way I am so confortable and greatful to live here.
This apartment is in a great location. Grocery stores, restaurants, pharmacies, parks, and schools are all within walking distance. My favorite part is the peace and quiet. We cannot hear our neighbors through the walls, and people aren't shouting or honking car horns outside. We also are far enough away not to hear traffic on the roads, however it is not far from it either. The only downfall to the apartment is the price. It is on the expensive side, although not as expensive as a house. For what you get, and for the bright, luminous rooms, and amazing floor plans, the price is perfect.
These apartments are nestled between a private community, an upper middle class neighborhood and a golf course. The mostly central location provides easy access to numerous popular restaurants, the best shopping in town, and several schools. The actual complex has roughly 100 properties and is expertly managed, I have had no maintenance issues since living here and the rental process was a breeze thanks to the staff. The rooms are incredibly spacious, with second floor apartments having vaulted ceilings. The pool and hot tub are always cleaned and the property is very well manicured. The initial rent was at the top of my price range but the efficiency and hospitality of the staff drove home my decision to rent. There is no crime, a fire station a couple blocks away, and maintenance on site 24hrs. These quiet and well kept apartments are a home run for any perspective renter!
The price is way to high for a 3 bedroom and a 2 bath I mean they should at least update the appliances and then maybe charge 1210
