Las Mansiones

I noticed I was being over charged on my water bill and brought it to the attention of the property manager. Maintenance checked my water meter and all was good. The readings continued to be wrong for 4 months and even after contacting corporate office, I have yet to receive a credit for the overage. I get charged late fees even though the manager agreed for me to short pay my bill until the issue got resolved. Management doesn't acknowledge but much less respond to emails.

I would like to say that I was very interested in this place . But I’ve called multiple times , left emails and even applied online . Didn’t hear anything back for almost a month. Don’t apply here. It may look nice and all but I’d much rather feel comfortable being in close contact with my property manager if something happens. Do better Las Mansiones.

Had issues from day one! Units are renovated with cheap material so they charge you for complete replacement. Don’t expect your deposit back and you’ll get an invoice for additional costs. Cabinet doors and faucet handles were falling off. Garbage disposal would push out sewage. Pipes would rattle through the night when residents in other units would turn on water. Smoke detectors were faulty and would go off in the middle of the night. Maintance would take days to show up. Pets were not allowed on the grass areas but the dog parks were never clean. They started spreading something on the grass area to make pets itch to keep them off the grass. Residence would have company over from 2 to 3 AM but the courtesy officers would never show up. The staff including the manager are the rudest staff I have ever dealt with. Take your money and your time somewhere else!

Everything about this apartment is terrible. Square footage, price, neighbors, management and amenities.

I lived here for a few months and I loved it!! Gracie and Hannah were always helpful and attentive to my needs and I found it to be quiet and relaxing and super accommodating during pandemic! We need more ladies like them in customer service !!!!!

There is very bad insulation. There is very bad insulation. If your neighbor listen music or watch tv, you can hear it. There is bothering noise since August that comes from my neighbor, I talked management office and I called curtesy officer many times but management office could not handle it.

Best apartment I’ve ever lived in! It’s a quite and very well-taken care off complex. The staff is great and very attentive!!

I can honestly say, this is the best apartment property I have lived at. From the warm and very welcoming employees to the layout and looks of the inside and out of the apartment. It is excellent all around.

I am a current resident. I migrated from Dallas to El Paso this past summer 2018. With all choices in mind, Las Mansiones is the best property for the money. Its always quiet and neighbor friendly. The management staff is awesome. I look forward to staying long term.

Staff is arrogant, rude and Overall disrespectful. The quality is diminished become of the poor customer service. Jacuzzi is ALWAYS broken!

The property staff are great, the property looks great, the neighbors are great; but not worth the price. The apartment it self is cheap, full of cheap fixtures. At the price I would expect burbur carpet stainless steel appliance, garden bath and granite counter tops. But no, none of that, as a matter of fact it goes the opposite direction, cheap carpet, refrigerator that leaks cold air, cheap counter tops and terrible tub and sinks. If it were not for the freeway noise, this place would be so quite....yup you hear the vehicle traffic from loop 375, especially the rigs, motorcycles and hot rods. Oh yea there is a huge construction project going on right next to the property so you will hear that as well during the day. On top of the rent you have to pay an extra $20 for time Warner cable, this is not negotiable even if you decide to go with another cable provider. So with the apartment you get digital cable for the 20 bucks.....not HD cable. Don't get me wrong the place is ok to live at just be ready to shell out for the landscape.

I love this apartment.. Always quiet, the layout works for any type of family.. The prices are wonderful.. Your getting more for what you pay for!

I love the apartment complex! It's peaceful, there aren't a lot of loud rowdy people, it's quiet and the neighbors are friendly. Everything in the apartment functions just fine. The only negative is that you're not allowed to park backwards in the covered parking space that you pay for.

The apartments are very nice, but they are a bit pricey. It is a gated community. They come with all the appliances, including washer and dryer. It is not suggested by the complex, that you use your own washer and dryer; because if something happens, such as water leakage or fire, you will be held responsible for it. These apartments are in a very convenient location to shopping, restaraunts, and the expressways. If you like riding your bike, you can ride in the neighborhood or along the bike trail on Highway 375. The apartment complex is very quiet. There is an elementary school located right across the street from the complex. School Crossings Guards are on each side of the complex to assist with crossing the street. It really is like living on a resort. The gym is small, but has all the modern equipment needed, but if you need more, there are several gyms in the surrounding areas.

Have been living at Las Mansiones for two months, and everything has been great, i had read some reviews that complained about the staff but i have had no real issues with them, yeah they could be better or more responsive but overall they are fairly good, the apartment is great and have had no issues with anything as it is a recently built and everything is close to new, it is a little more expensive than others but it is well worth it

I am currently living in the best apartment complex in El Paso, TX. Best, yes you heard it here, because of the location, type of apartments (Spanish) and management/maintenance people in El Paso. They are quick, courteous and efficient. We lived in another complex, which I will not name, where we had scorpions. Scared us when I saw a scorpion on a paper towel!!! At Las Mansiones, the complex is secure, serene and modern. I love it!
