Located about 12 miles east of downtown El Paso, Vista Hills Park provides a quiet, peaceful community for relaxation from the hustle and bustle. Vista Hills Country Club serves as the neighborhood's main attraction, featuring an excellent golf course, a restaurant, and even the occasional special event. If you want to get to know your neighbors in Vista Hills Park, head out to the fairways.
You can find rentals all over the neighborhood, especially the area right around the country club. While residents typically head elsewhere when they want to go out, this area does have a few restaurants and casual bars, including Handlebars Bar and Grill. Go up Lee Trevino Drive to the northeast corner of Vista Hills Park to see the majority of the dining options.

Property Ratings at Las Gardenias
Nice location. Close to shopping and has a nice pool.
These apartments are the worst I've ever been in. The swamp coolers work half the time. When you make a work order they take forever to come fix the problem. There are shootings at the bar across the street almost every other weekend if not every weekend. The property manager hardly ever answers the phone and if you leave a message for a call back in my experience you never get called back. I've lived here for 3 years and the first year was ok because the manger actually helped her tenants but then she went to a new property and since then it's gone downhill. Around the pool is a major ant problem. The pet area in the back of the complex doesn't have grass only rocks and they get HOT in the summer. There was mold in my apartment and all they did was spray something on it and scrub it then repainted over it. You get fined of your child writes on the sidewalk with chalk.
Maintenance and office stuff are always on top of everything, always concerned. First place I lived where everything runs smooth.
I love my apartment. It has just enough space for me. I also love that they stove is a gas stove. The maintenance, Gilbert, does a fantastic job getting the apartments ready and he is great with the work orders. Integrity has dones a great job! Keep up the great work!
I currently live at Las Gardenias for the past 2 years, i never had experience that we are having! Great and friendly staff!! gentleman in the front office is very polite and compassionate to us and the residents around us. Also the maintenance man, he is very knowledgeable about his work and he takes a lot of pride in it as well. i could never imagine this apartment with this staff nor would i never leave this place. We enjoy time to time having a cup of coffee with the staff. If you are looking for the right place to live, that have a great staff come to las gardenias, they will provide the excellent service which goes beyond anything in this city!
