The staff and maintenance team are friendly and helpful. I appreciate that the grounds are well-maintained and clean. The main staff responds quickly and efficiently, and I enjoy the safety of the gated community, which offers many amenities, including a dog park. Overall, my experience has been fantastic! I would rate the apartments a 10 out of 10.

Las Casitas is a quiet and friendly community. My grandchildren come and enjoy the little park area and my Maltipoo takes his walks to the doggy park. Staff is excellent and neighbors watch out for each other. We made it a point to invite our bldg neighbors for a Christmas dinner and fellowship which was so nice. Being here at las Casitas is what you would look forward too. I highly recommend this place to other.

It is a very nice community, family and pet oriented. There is a dog park in the complex, which makes it easier for dog owners to take their dogs for daily exercise. We also have great amenities, pool and workout room for everyone’s liking.

I’ll save you all some time. They are extremely small inside and overpriced for the service we receive. No closet spaces and parking is horrible. They are currently raising the rent on tenants. I have been here since they first opened the apartments a year ago

I can't lie - of course we love positive reviews, but your honesty gives us the chance to improve, so many thanks to you for taking the time to share!
You can never get them on the phone and they let people have pits here that are not trained and are aggressive. They never solve problems that you will have here. Also if you have a baby don’t live here they make your parking very far away and neighbors will blame your baby crying and a dog and you’ll get in trouble.

Before writing anything please note the time ive been here has been during corona virus so who knows? anyway. the floors and walls were made out of possibly the thinnest legal material you can use as the floors seem to have waves in them and i can hear my neighbors talking at normal room speaking decibels. also the Heating in the units is not sufficient as in if its below 49F Degrees your going to be cold because this place only has heat pumps as a way of heating and NOT furnaces. (furnace heating is fire, heat pumps are just reversed refrigeration). initially you think its nice with the very modern look but when you move in and try to put your blankets away you find that there is no built in storage for anything other than very minimal kitchen supplies and chemicals under the kitchen and bathroom sink. If you have kids and a lot of things this place is as fake as a mirage and once you arrive you realize its already too late to turn back.
