I've lived here for about 2 years now and I cannot believe how good the management and maintenance work together to make sure the property is in good shape. I've never had any problems with pests or anything. It is a very safe and peaceful place to live. They keep the pool clean with daily maintenance. The people here are very friendly and it is a great place to live.
Been here since October. They do not fix anything, had work orders to fix my dishwasher, still leaking water. My sink leaks water. The screens on my windows are either non existant (after I had asked for them) or are falling off. GAS LEAKS constantly, they never fix them. Heat doesnt work most of the time. Patio falling apart. They promised me new carpet, had nails coming out of it, barley even vaccumed. For the gate, thr push code doesnt even work. This place is ALL ABOUT HOW MUCH MONEY THEY CAN SUCK FROM YOU. DO NOT RENT HERE IF YOU DO, PROMISE YOU WILL REGRET IT.
Well did is not.my. but I. Live here and it good but i trying to get my own so i. can relax i need my own place i a Am in need of some medicine and I need a ground floor hard to get up and down one am in the house i stay in because it to hard for me too get out i just want my own place tried of the kids. People in and out all night long
It's summer, Come splash in the pools at la casitas afterwards throw a few steaks on the bbq and relax in your beautiful town home. Life can't get any easier than this.
