In February, I had the pleasure of visiting this exquisite apartment complex where I was warmly welcomed by the community manager, Kiki. She graciously guided me through the property, showcasing both two and three-bedroom apartments located on both the upper and lower floors. One of the standout features for me was the seamless connection between the garage and the homes, along with a patio and fireplace in every unit. Additionally, the convenience of a 24-hour gym and the luxurious inclusion of a sauna left a lasting impression on me. I must say, my interaction with the office staff was exceptionally pleasant, adding to the overall positive experience.

Me and my wife have been here for 3 years now and just signed our lease renewal. The new owner Sequoia is making tons of great changes. A new dog park, new parking rules that fixed the parking problem, a free coffee bar and now a new security company and cameras around the property. We love it here!

This is a well kept, safe and beautiful complex to live in. The office team is super accommodating! They do fun contests, and my favorite is that they bring food trucks to the complex. They have been a huge hit and a nice addition to the community. They aren't your regular "landlords" they really do make it a welcoming and inviting community to live in. The previous issue was parking, but they listened to the residents and came up with a new parking program that seemed to have fixed the parking issue, plus they just removed some lawns and added 10 new spots. Highly recommend!

I came to tour on Sunday and Kaiya was so sweet and informative! She was the first person from all my tours to treat me like a person and not a dollar sign. She felt like an old friend! I actually have a family member living here and wanted to tour because of how beautiful the property is kept up. I really enjoy living here and have been a resident for almost a year now. The residents here are really friendly and when I was at the pool I was invited into the conversation and fun. The staff here is also really nice and friendly and they go out of there way to make sure my requests are done properly and in a timely fashion. On top of that is the scenery and the lavish green to stroll through, when walking my dogs. This is the best apartment I've lived at.

The only issue weve had so far is when we saw two young children joy riding on a maintenance golf cart. When we called the office to report it, the person answering the phone didnt seem to interested in hearing about it. Safety for us and others is something we take very seriously and if other families allow this behavior, we will have to make a decision to move.

ZERO parking whatsoever.. cant even have guest park infront of your garage. EVERY AREA is a Fire Zone and your car will get towed without warning.. its as simple as asking us to move it if its actually in the way.... Front office no help or remorse.

Dont live here if you have two cars. They let anyone and everyone park in the spaces with no need for a permit! At night, there are ZERO parking spaces in the entire apartment complex. So youll have to park your car outside of the gates, where it is at risk for theft. Absolutely ridiculous.

Hi there, we are very happy to have provided you with such a positive experience!
We've been here 4 months and love that the complex is pet friendly since we have three dogs. The staff have been nice to deal with and very helpful. The apartment comes with a two car attached garage which is one reason we rented here. Nice patio area; very good separation from the master bedroom to the other two bedrooms; two bathrooms. Nice amenities- pool, weight room, and BBQ area. Wish the kitchen was larger, but it is functional. Minimal noise from upstairs neighbors and no noise from next door. High ceilings, wood-burning fire place, central AC/heat. Did not expect to live in an apartment when I moved to Sacramento, but this apartment has many qualities of a house and we feel at home. Neighborhood is pretty quiet and very close to hwy's 5 and 80. Just 10-minutes from the Capitol.
