this property is poor in all conditions, they overcharge with no reason and with no way to talk with someone about it, poor management. they don't do any service to the community and the dog park is nasty, nobody takes care of it please do you a favor and get into another apartment complex, there is 100 better options close to it with better quality of living

I'm on my third contract, and it will be the last. We have already been robbed here twice, the last time they took all of my husband's tools that were in his car. The condominium does not have security cameras to help the police. this month we are being charged a fine of 540 dollars for our emotional support dog, who has lived here since day one, the lantawer has the documentation on the resident portal but they claim that she should be in a private system that they contracted later, and they never warned that this was necessary. bad administration

When we first moved into the apartment complex back when it was "Alta Grande," everything seemed great. The management staff were very helpful and the amenities were clean and accessible. Everything quickly went downhill when Lantower took over. Firstly, the apartment alone would have gotten 5 stars - its very modern, nice appliances, and we really enjoyed inside our home. However, because of everything else that went wrong, I can only give 2 stars. 1. Parking - be prepared to walk a good 10 mins to your home if you are arriving after 6pm. For the 1.5 years we were there, there was always talk of parking permits, but nothing happened. Even with permits, there is not enough parking spaces for the amount of people that live there. 2. NOISE - if you are a light-sleeper like me, this place is NOT for you. The road is soooooo loud with cars whizzing by all night and the windows in the apartment are like paper. 3. Inconsiderate Neighbors - the first neighbors we had opposite the apartment finally got evicted, but not until after several disturbances happened and the police came knocking several times. Honestly, it was quite scary. Then, new neighbors below us would be out on their balcony until 2-3AM each night with music blasting and talking and laughing so loud. Complained and called security, but nothing was ever done... 4. Construction - I know this is no one's fault, but there was loud construction right outside our window that started around 5AM and continued all day when we were working from home. Not ideal. 5. Amenities - Gym often was out of cleaning supplies/wipes, which is not good during covid. The pool was packed and often hard to get a spot. 6. Expensive - For the amount that the rent costs, we didn't feel like we got the "luxury" experience that we were promised when we moved in. On top of that, when we finally decided to end our lease early, we had to pay an additional two-months rent AND they did not give us back our security deposit due to a stain on the carpet... Overall, we are glad to be out and would recommend anyone that is thinking of living there to consider the items that I've listed.
This so called luxury apartments are nice but ran by the most disrespectful leasing agents. Atla Grande the previous management was perfect until they transferred to this new management. They care nothing for their tenants
The property used to be wonderful, now it is overrun by rude, loud and messy tenants. Kids from nearby neighborhoods frequently break the gate and come in using the pool and running amok. The outdoor grills are always hogged by huge parties on the weekends, which is per management not allowed. In addition don't expect to park near your building, someone gravely miscalculated the number of parking spots needed. If you don't work banker's hours, you won't have to worry about your daily step count. Communication from the office staff is non existent, however the maintenance guys are great, they are professional, responsive and polite. For what the complex charges, go elsewhere.
The place is going to hell real fast under this new management. Most of the amazing amenities have been revoked or limited in some way. The current tenants wreck the place and management has done little to stop them.
I've lived in a new place pretty much every year for the last decade haha. This is the nicest and most warm/welcoming place of all of them. Everyone is so amazing in the office and this place feels like a resort. Everyone is so friendly and helpful.
Moved in today. Beth was our leasing agent and she has been fantastic from start to finish. Answered every question, followed up quickly worth phone calls and emails immediately. They gave us exactly what they promised. Nothing hidden and everything was very easy! The apartments are new so they are very nice. Amenities seem good so far. This has been a great experience and is exactly opposite to our first experience in Ancora...I highly recommend this property.

I am looking to move in the near future , Alta Grande , Orlando, Fl. the two bedroom and three bedroom apartments are spacious and large , the pool and Grounds look Resort like the people are very friendly and it is Pet friendly
My experience renting at Alta Grande has been white glove from start to finish. It is a lovely community with lots of amenities including a fancy gym and wade friendly pool. I ended up locking myself out of my apartment on the first day (I have a gift for these kinds of things) and at 11pm I had to call the after-hours help line. Someone answered right away and, even in the rain, a very sweet maintenance associate came out to assist me. I got back into my apartment in less than hour. That is incredible service! Looking forward to the next year and seeing the community grow.
This place is hands down the best apartment complex in Orlando in my opinion. I have looked at many others and what you get for your money here exceeds the others. I’m very comfortable and happy with the fact that it is gated. Even during their construction stages it’s kept secure with the gate closed. Most places I have visited didn’t offer this extra security. The apartments are beautiful with top of the line appliances and fixtures, not the usual builder grade. The gym is stocked with up to date modern equipment and televisions and the best part is that it is open 24 hours a day. The club house is also 24 hours a day and has many many useful amenities, most places close the clubhouse when the office closes but NO not at Alta Grande, they work around your busy lifestyle. There is so much more I can write about this place but you really have to see for yourself. One more thing although it’s not what made my mind up to rent here but you have access to Starbucks 24 hours a day and it’s complimentary. Try the Chai Latte you will love it!! If you are on the edge and are trying to choose between this place and another I guarantee you will be happy at Alta Grande. I absolutely love it here!!
