I’ve been living here since 9/2023 and I must say I’ve had nothing but pleasant experiences. Of course no place is perfect but for the most part I really have nothing bad to say. It’s clean and the gym and pool are well maintained. It’s centrally located between tons of shopping and Public transit. I always feel safe and aside from minor issues with residents not abiding by trash rules this place has been a pleasure to stay at. I foresee myself staying a couple more years.

My washer/dryer area was heavily leaking water out of nowhere. I called maintenance to report the incident. Cody showed up to my apartment within 3 minutes and fixed the issue promptly. Thank you Cody for being professional and fixing this issue in a timely manner!

We have been living in Lantana for 3 years now. It's been flawless so far. Clean, well maintained. Leasing Office is always cooperative. I would recommend without any doubt. Best possible location if you depend on Public Transport like me. BART, VTA is in next building. The amenities are great and always well maintained, like the pool, gym, and common areas.
My family and I feel welcomed living here. The staff and Cody are great and friendly. The work orders gets done in a timely matter. The property is very clean and nice which is another plus living here.

The luxury amenities are outstanding – from the state-of-the-art fitness center and relaxing pool area to the beautifully designed common spaces and convenient co-working areas. The staff at Lantana are exceptional and are the only reason why I'm still here and why a lot of other tenants are still here. They go above and beyond for us for the things they can control, and even if not in their control, they still do their best. Without them this place would be a forgettable, run of the mill apartment with nothing to seperate or discern itself from the rest of the offerings within the bay area
1. A spot-on location for public transportation. 2. Availability and numbers of power points in the unit is extremely helpful for my vacuum cleaner ;) 3. Wardrobe space in master bedroom is awesome! 4. William's professionalism is commendable. Always being helpful, reliable and resourceful!
Nice community, staff are responsive to needs, place is kept clean, the fitness center is well equipped and the business center has multiple seating and work stations.

Lantana Milpitas has been my resident for all most a year now & we absolutely love staying here. It has an awesome sense of community and has a lot of amenities.
I recently moved into Lantana at Milpitas Station. Shannon and Carlos have provided excellent customer service and have gone above and beyond to make me feel welcome in my new home. The property is clean, the amenities are great, and I would highly recommend it to anyone who is looking to move into this area.
Very modern, upscale feeling. Super friendly and inviting community. Great leasing team. Very little noise even thought next to Montague Express. Right next to BART. Better value proposition than other properties we reaserched.
Amazing place to live! We loved our 2 bedroom apartment. It is high ceilings, big and spacious throughout the entire apartment. We moved from east coast with similar experience, so it was great to see Lantana Milpitas with upgraded living facilities. Our mov-in process was very smooth and streamlined with zero effort. Very safe and secured building without any hassle from outside. Excellent place to live for electric car people with charging stations. Gorgeous pool and club house with a fire places. Facility management conducts various meet and greet activities for residents which is a great perks. The staff is excellent and accommodating to all of our special requests. Very professional and had nothing but great experiences with them. Especially Shannon, Anthony and Tim. They are so kind and professional and sweet. Again these leasing agents are more than that to us they are like family!!! If you are looking for this type of atmosphere with great neighbors, friendly and professional staff, please come live here for a great experience.
I moved a month back to this apartment and so far i felt the service has been great, the security is good, the facilities are good. They are still finishing setup of some facilities like automatic garage door opening for registered vehicles. And more importantly, there are fun events organized by the leasing agents once a month
My husband and I moved last September and everything went really smooth from inquiry to move in to now living here for the past 3 mos. Shannon our property manager is great she is all around doing anything and everything! The whole team is so warm and friendly and host amazing community events like Havana Night, Food Truck pop-ups and Group workouts. The apartment itself is brand new, pristine and modern. The property just like any new apartment had to deal with delays in permits that pushed move in dates at the start but its all worth the wait! The 5-min walk to Milpitas BART is a huge plus too!
We love the regular events hosted by the property managers.

Don't Sign Lease with Lantana. Poor Management. I was supposed to move in on Jul 15. I paid deposit to move in and I was told I am good to move in on Jul 15. At very last minute, one week before my move in I was told I cant move because the construction to the apartment was not complete. When asked for a replacement apartment with the community the Management gave us apartments which were $600 over the initial price of the apartments. Very very Poor experience with the Management Team at Lantana. In the past one week I have made over 30 calls to the leasing office and no one answered.
