This place really is a community. I’ve made such great friends through my neighbors and the staff is so welcoming. The property Manager Bailey is always willing to listen and the maintenance guys are really friendly when they come by. I highly recommend checking this place out!!!

I cannot stress enough how amazing this place is!!!!! From the property, to the pool deck, to all the resident events!! The girls in the office act like we’ve been friends for years and maintenance always comes to my rescue with a smile on their face. I’ve lived in 6 apartments in Brunswick and this is BY FAR the BEST one around!!!

If anyone is looking to move in here, do yourself a favor and look somewhere else. We had the absolute worst experience here, especially with moving out. We moved out early and had to pay a move out fee (which I totally understand) and it was over $4,000. Once we moved out and they sent us our final bill for that, we paid it. Then they found something ELSE to charge us for and sent us ANOTHER “final bill”. After that got taken care of, they sent us YET ANOTHER charge and a “final bill” again with a note that said if it wasn’t paid, it would be sent to collections. Now, we have no way to pay this pill anywhere and we can’t even contact anyone at the property because they just continuously ignore my calls. They are withholding my package that was delivered there, won’t tell me where these charges keep coming from, and refuse to even speak to me. Save yourself some trouble and go to a different apartment complex.

Lanier staff are always on top of any requests or complaints I may have had, they’re always communicating to our community about any needs! The bark park is always well taken care of too!

This is the most honest review I can leave after living here for the past 3 years. I cannot even express the sheer joy I have to leave this place. If you like paper thin walls, tenants having nightly domestic disturbance calls, seeing a neighbor be assaulted in front of your building, police chasing someone through your neighborhood at 3am, the AC only cooling the lower half of your apartment in the middle of summer, and your rent increasing each year with zero upgrades to your apartment but new fake flowers added to the entrance, then this is the paradise for you.

Lanier Landing is one of, if not the best property to live at in Brunswick. I am sad that I have to move but I will say this property is truly amazing. The management staff is top notch and the amenities are top notch. From the pool, to volleyball and the putting green, you everything you may need to make your living experience top notch. Maintenance is always there quickly and efficiently to fix what needs to be fixed. Absolutely love the smart home features. If you are looking for a great place to live with friendly neighbors and an amazing staff that will take care if you from the start of your lease till the end of it, this is the place to choose.

Everything is fine until the move out charges start to pile on. I’ve requested to see a move out charge before I pay it, as of today haven’t seen that bill, now a late fee is added. If you choose to rent here be aware that once your lease is up there are more charges to come, and you’re expected to pay those charges without even seeing a bill.

Friendly staff, very nice property. Apartments have washer dryer units, very clean and friendly atmosphere.

This place is truly amazing, out of all the properties I looked at to move to in Brunswick this one was the best. The staff here is top notch, Melissa will go above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of and comfortable. The units are very nice and I love the smart home package that comes with each home at no extra cost. I had some small issues with the unit that needed to be fixed when I moved in and the maintenance team hopped on those made sure they got taken care of, and those that couldn't be fixed right away they are completing in a very timely manner. I am looking forward to making this place my true home.

Been here for a year now and honestly can’t say anything negative. I’m always impressed by Bruce and John who are constantly working around the property to keep it looking so well maintained. If you need a repair or even just filters changed, they do it extremely quickly and without issue. Treena in the office is always handy with questions and information and plans fun community events. My favorite amenity here is the pool :) it’s like a little oasis!

My family and I stayed at Lanier Landing during a temporary stay in Georgia for work. I have had experience with apartments in the past, but this was by far the best. The price was reasonable for a 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath apartment. The complex and individual apartments have been very recently remodeled and are clean and very nice. I never had a problem with noisy neighbors. It was really a pretty calm and quiet place to live, lots of families. Every maintenance request was attended to and fixed the same day. The property managers are extremely nice women and wonderful to interact with. My toddler thoroughly enjoyed the playground, pool, and putting green. The location is close to stores and restaurants and anything you would need. I would recommend this apartment to anyone.
