Landry Apartment

I’ve been living at Landry for about 2 years now????! The new management??! Steve and Shiloa are amazing! They’re so friendly and inviting and so nice to me! I have a one bedroom with a Euro washer dryer hook up (you’ll have to pay extra for it) there is washer and dryers on the premises. But I love it I would recommend getting a dryer rack. My unit isn’t updated (I think I moved right when they started doing them) but still nice! A lot of closet room (2 closets), bedrooms are spacious, living rooms have lots of options! Counter space is lacking a little but there’s enough room to add a little breakfast nook/ table! Maintenance is very very responsive! Love Josh and Dean ??! They have community events and free sonic and birthday gift. There’s a cute dog park they have and the pool is right next to leasing office. Super close to campus (5-7mins) I even walked some days. Perfect for game day too. Close to the more residential side of Norman and the highway. Right in the middle. Donut shop right behind the buildings! We aren’t close to Campus corner (where all the bars are for college kids). Definitely would recommend for Graduate students and faculty. Also there’s a security and they respond well. People are quite and generally nice and mind they business! One thing that would set this apartment above and beyond is a gym! Overall great for value!

I recently moved into Norman, I just want everyone to know how great the staff is here at Landry. Steve helped me throughout the entire process and made it such a breeze, soo easy and such a cool dude. Shilo has helped me with any minor inconveniences Ive had since im new to this whole living on my own. Josh & Dean, the maintenance men, are great!! Love it here !! Thanks everyone!!

My girlfriend and I have been living here for about a year and a half now. The newly remodeled apartments are great and you can't beat the price. Shiloa and Jan in the front office are fantastic!!!! One of the best bang for your buck complexes in Norman, especially if your'e a college student. The location is great and everything seems to be just a few miles away.

Landry Apartment Homes is a great place to live. I've lived here for many years and plan on continuing. The managers, Jan and Shiloa, are great as well as the maintenance staff. They are always friendly and responsive to every issue or request I have. Apartments are close to work and OU. Great location.

Landry is not the newest complex in Norman, but with the recent renovations it's very comfortable. We love the location and Shiloa (the manager) is awesome and a pleasure to work with. Any time we've had even the slightest issue she's had the maintenance team here within 24 hours. it's a great place to live and I would recommend it to anyone!

These apartments are located in a great part of town, and I can't speak more highly of the management team of Jen and Shiloa. Talk about going above and beyond! Everyone should have a pair like them!!

I love living at the Landry! My husband and I have lived here for two years and the property management has always been extremely nice and easy to work with! And now with the updates and renovations it's even better than ever! Beautiful, modern, and affordable!

This is the second time I've lived here. The apartments are spacious, clean, and well taken care of. The upgrades will be nice with the addition of the washer and dryer in the units. The maintenance is quick to reply to calls. The location is near a lot of shopping, bus stops, and lots of food options. The grounds are well taken care of, the pool is clean, and the office staff is always friendly.

Landry Apartment Homes is a great place to live. Management and staff is exceptional. Always prompt with resolving any maintenance issues or concerns. Loving the new upgrades too, especially the new Euro washer and dryer. Apartments have lots of storage/closet space. Great place to live and call home.

The landry is a place to call home. The manager and leasing manager are really friendly and accommodating. The apartment has plenty of space and issues are resolved in a quick manner. The maintenance guys are really nice and helpful. The neighbors are super friendly and it's a quiet and safe area. Laundry room on site, and the grocery store and restaurants nearby!

Management is some of the best and the new upgrades are really awesome. They are always willing to help and make sure any problems are taken care of quickly. Even with the quiet atmosphere everything is nearby when needed. If you're looking for a place to live, definitely consider Landry at the top of your list!

Awesome place! Great and quiet neighborhood and close to everything that you need. I never had any kind of trouble living there. The apartments are big, all the amenities are very handy, and people at the office are very friendly. I highly recommend it.

I've really enjoyed my stay here. The one bedroom apartment is very spacious and very affordable. It's in a great location by I35 and the OU campus. The staff here are really great people that make you feel at home and always keep you updated on what is going on around the property, this includes the management to the maintenance workers and everyone in between.

I've lived in this complex for *years*. The location, despite the road-work, is incredibly convenient for shopping and school. The management staff is attentive to residents' needs (I've never waited even a full 24 hours for a repair); and, unobtrusive the rest of the time. The current re-modeling looks like it's going to result in an even better living experience. Pet-friendly, kid-friendly, with spacious floor-plans. Talk to Jan, move into a solid place.

I have lived here for over 2 years now. A lot of things have changed but for the better with the construction being done and more stuff to come soon! I am very happy to live here and I have had no issues with my apartment. The staff and management is so nice and courteous! Jan is such a wonderful landlord! The apartments are very spacious and you can't go wrong for the price with the square footage that you're getting. Our neighbors have been generally quiet and no throws any wild or crazy parties. I also love the location that we are close enough to OU but still be close enough to Norman as well. You definitely can't go wrong choosing The Landry as your new home! Whether you're just starting on your own and going to college or just starting a new life with a special someone, the Landry is a PERFECT place to call home!

I am now in my 3rd year of living at the Landry. I appreciate most how close the property is to OU and the very reasonable rent. But also, I have been so happy with my experience with the Landry staff and management. If I ever had an issue, I never had a problem having it immediately addressed and corrected. My neighbors and the neighborhood is generally quiet. Another thing I also love is when we have the occasional community gathering, like our recent chili cook-off. The remodeling has really jazzed up the exterior. I do highly recommend!

I lived at the Landry for 2 years while going to school and it was a great choice! It was close to campus and to I-35. Not to mention it was near all restaurants and shopping centers. I am just now moving out due to graduation or I would continue my stay here. Maintenance was always, always, always done immediately. If you are looking for convenience, this is definitely the place to choose.

Great location, great apt size, and the staff was very helpful! If you're looking for a place to live this is definitely the place to look into!!! The apts are well taken care of and the maintenance is always done in a timely manner!

Rebecca lane has a great location, but could've been cleaned up a little better.
