Very nice place I am very satisfied staff are very helpful
I’ve been living here going on 2 years & I love it. The apartment is very spacious and the maintenance guys do a great job of keeping it up. The ladies at the office (Tamika & Tiharah ) are very helpful & knowledgeable. Their response time is exceptional.
Landmark towers has came along way. I love my apartment I live in the first building. The staff keep the hall way clean even though we have nasty neighbors who dirty it right back but for the most part they always keep it clean. It is very quiet at night my family and I feel safe. The staff here are very friendly and nice they treat us like family here. Thank you Landmark.
i just moved here 3 days ago and im loving my apartment. The ladys in the office help me and my family get set with fpl Tamika really help me with everything. i am comfortable with my new place,i can now call home. Thank you girls and landmark towers
well have been leaving here for almost 2 years and only for the cheap price I got for it. Unfortunately the management is horrible, well they changed like 4 different managers or maybe more during this 2 years, they tried to make it better but it seems that the people that live here don't care about anything, they break things garbage everywhere. The maintenance people is very nice and helpful but of course if they don't have the manager support they can't do a lot but they are great!. I was almost a month with no hot water in one of my bathrooms, and I have a room mate ,their solution was to use the other bathroom because was not something urgent for them so they decide that I needed to wait , it didn't matter for them that I'm paying always on time for having 2 bathrooms and the one that was working is the small one and taking a bath for a baby in thay little one was impossible. Second ,they always have problem with leaks and stuff so they decide to cut the water almost every week for 1 day? letting you know a day before, impossible. They only offer 1 day of fumigation and you have to be home to get it....and they come at the time that they one ,so you have to be able to do not work the day that they tell, another bad service because they know there is roaches coming from the outside, it doesn't matter how much you clean , outside is food everywhere on the floor. Good thing is the security at night but only one of them is helpful, the other is rude. The parking , they tell you that you need a pass for guest ,so if the office is close you have to be looking for security to get it and sometimes they give you one and other times they say you don't need it, bad organization. Apartments have humidity too.
this used to be a very good place to live ,it is close to basically everything especially schools and the hospital,they attempts to maintain the outside but still not at it's best. i have lived here for a few yews from 1996 and moved out and moved back in 2004.because i've always liked the area and the apartment. the first few years wasn't bad but i have put in repair orders months after months and still have not been fixed . i have been told by management that they don't have workers to fix it and they are always repairing for new tenants who are moving in... this property can get back to the way it used to be if they get rid of the mold and fix up and paint the place.
You might get a illness renting from this place the garbage isn't being manager properly. Its old so all metal are rented, it has mold and roaches and maintenance request take several phone calls and getting mad and they could care less as long as they get the rent on the first. Had the worst experience their and leaving with health issues.
Run for your life. This place smells like a garbage truck, Dirty. They paint everything even the tub and tiles of the tube, even the oven. They don't clean you have to clean, THE PLACE IS INFESTED WITH ROACHES THEY ARE EVERYWHERE IN THE APT, THE BATHROOM, THE KITCHEN IS THE WORST, THE LIVING ROOM, THE DINNING ROOM, THE BEDROOMS KEEP AWAY PAST THIS MESSAGE ON TO FRIENDS AND FAMILY, STAFF IS RUDE AND DON'T CARE. BEWARE OF THIS PLACE ITS IN PLANTATION FLORIDA.
The staff is simply great. They answer when ever you need them and are always polite. Great experience
