Landmark APT has a great location with easy access to daily amenities, and the interiors are generally clean and well-maintained. However, noise insulation and management could be improved, making it a place with both clear pros and cons
It's a quiet, safe community with friendly neighbors who always look out for each other. The small businesses in the area, from the cozy coffee shop to the family-owned grocery store, make it perfect.
Really love the staff, and the apartment!!! This place feels definitely like home, and the daily messages on what's happening around the community is a blessing. I am glad I chose Landmark Apartments.

Nice location, quiet complex that is well maintained. Pet friendly next to a walking trail and park. Pol is maintained as well as workout room. Appliances are a bit dated, but the other amenities have made up for that.

I enjoy living at Landmark. The "mature property" aspect with trees and landscaping is nice, as is the proximity to the park and nearby green spaces with walking paths. Overall, it is a nice quiet apartment complex. Grocery stores, restaurants, and other shopping are all within a few minutes quick drive.

It would be perfect if you can control the parking spots from people that used them to leave cars that haven't move for months. Between building 3 and 4 there's a couple of cars that are occuping spots and people dont use them. It really hard to get a spot at night after I com3 home from work, i have to park too far away.

Very rarely actually addresses any issues you bring up in the office. Constant loud mowers or leaf blowers When you submit a repair request it usually gets done very quickly! Quite a few people not cleaning up after their pets, although that's not exactly on the complex as there are signs and bag stations with trashcans everywhere.

This complex is in a great neighborhood. I also enjoy different resident perks. The maintenance has seemed to get better this last year. High office turnover but they’re all real friendly.

Honestly, everybody is extremely chill here. I've not had one bad experience with a single person here, and while I'm not exactly a social butterfly, they're really easy to get along with. Even when they're not, they don't really bother you unless you were to, say, give them a reason to that.

Quiet community, great units for the price. My favorite part is the park nearby and the rock creek trail! Downsides: too many water service suspensions, and maintenance could be better

Staff is helpful and friendly. Maintenance repairs are done quickly...unfortunately there were several things that were not repaired before I moved in but they have been taken care of quickly and maintenance techs are very friendly.

This is not the worst apartment I've ever rented but it's in the top two. Between the dog owners not cleaning up after their animals and nobody in the office seeming to care to do anything about it to the constant $300-$400 water bill since we signed the lease because they can't seem to fix water leaks that are all over the property but they swear we're going to get a credit at some point in the future they're going to have to mail it to my next department because it won't be here. The maintenance being unskilled and unable to work after 3:00 p.m. this last snow we got they put small piles of ice melt on the covered stairs that saw no ice or snow and did absolutely nothing for any of the walkways besides in front of the rental office. They took two attempts to fix something simple plumbing related before they had a plumber come in at extra expense to fix it in 2 minutes I am so done with this place and we'll celebrate the day I move out.

Overall the community is really nice and quiet. It is kept very clean on the grounds and the inside of the units is great. The staff is super nice too. Everyone does a great job, are super helpful and always wonderful to talk to. Gabby and Derek are my favorite!! The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because I wish there were a few more upgrades like gas fire places instead of wood, stacked washer and dryer so there was more useable storage space inside, more lighting and ceiling fans, and the garages had openers and were not as expensive.

I've been here 6 months, the water gets shut off multiple times a month since we got in and the water costs us more than our last place that was more than double the size and 2 more adults. It's been over $200 every month - whatever leak they are dealing with shouldn't be on the residents. Also, ants must live in the walls because they are relentless (but we do live on the bottom floor of a place built in the 90s..). so we have to just live with traps. Even more, about the building, it's draft central. This first winter I've gone around putting new seals on doors myself because you could basically see through lock area while door was shut and the windows are just old non-effiiecent ones. Lastly, on top of every appliance needing work done already, anything else they've done, I've gone behind them to fix what they do - outlet got changed but didn't work. Thanks for the outlet but I had to rewire myself to make it work. Go somewhere else, can't recommend at the moment.

Love the quiet,friendly neighborhood. Enjoy the bus stop for my kiddo being right outside the apartments. I really enjoy having a washer and dryer in my unit with both my kiddos and my hard working dirty man I needed it to be able to keep up with them.

I like the vibe at Landmark apartments - the exterior architecture style is nice and the greenspaces create a more serene feel. Lost one star for only having one trash compactor on the entire property (which is very large) and wish the mailboxes were more dispersed around the property instead of one place. Lots of dog bag posts around though and mostly quiet place to live aside from the leaf blowers. Staff is friendly and helpful.

They are quick to resolve maintenance issues, front office is always available to help. Packages delivered at the wrong address always appear at the front office. And the parking space is huge. The only down side I can think of is being on the second floor of third. My neighbor above are loud with stomping and running. So I imagine there isn’t much insulation. During winter it’s cold in the apartment. And still cold during the summer. But it could just be my apartment for it’s covered with trees.

This is a nice quiet community the maintenanceis fast lots of community engagement opportunities. Only thing I could ask for is a dog area/wash.

The interior of the apartment is excellent, with well-maintained amenities and a pleasant living space. However, the upkeep of the general public areas outside the apartment, such as the hallways, stairwells, and communal spaces, leaves much to be desired. The outdoor maintenance appears neglected, with issues like unclean surfaces, litter, or perhaps landscaping and lighting that needs attention. This contrast between the well-kept interior and the poorly maintained external areas is quite noticeable and impacts the overall experience of the property

got in at a great rent price for a 2 bed 2 bath, maintenance is quick and fast at responding and resolving problems, and is always upgrading the area to make it cleaner and more efficient

I'm happy here, the area is gorgeous. Portland/Hillsboro itself can be cloudy and dreary, so having the natural forest area next to the apartment is a welcome sight. I enjoy bird watching from my patio.
