They helped me pick the right place for an amazing price and helped us out so much! We were having difficulties finding a place we could be comfortable in and afford and they made it so we could! If you want a nice, BIG, beautiful home for you and your friends and family this is definitely your place! Even if you have bad credit or history they find a way!!

It’s good here just lately seems like it’s issues with neighbors complaints a lot. And another thing is seems like if you do a referral you don’t actually get the referral bonus. Won’t do that again. Besides that part it’s overall good here.

It was the smoothest and most wonderful experience possible. I love this community. There are some pretty nice amenities including trash ballet basketball court and 24-hour gym and hot tub.

Amenities: Some of the apartment appliances and amenities are old and could use some renovation. The fan in the bathroom was inproperly setup, the paint is peeling in the corners of the room and the pipes used for the bathroom are so thin that they get clogged very easily. The pool and gym are very nice and I love having an Amazon locker nearby. Service: Every time we call in an issue to maintenance they respond promptly and fix it. The front desk is hit or miss. Sometimes I will get very good help and other times I ask for help and it isn't addressed. For example when I moved in the paperwork kept being delayed because someone never finished or uploaded it to the system. Environment: It is in a convenient location with a huge park nearby and a daycare. The grounds are upkept and there is shopping nearby within a short walk. Overall: Not the worst apartment complex, but not the best either.

The units and layout are great! The access to everything is also a plus. Parking is also very accessible and we can always find a spot close to our apartment. The downside to living in an older complex is the noise, the plumbing and regular maintenance.

I enjoy living at Landmark. It's proximity to shopping and Evergreen Park are very convenient. I enjoy the mature look of the property with all the trees. The maintenance staff does a very good job. My only complaint is that, for a complex this old and the middle-of-the-road apartment amenities and overall appearance, the rent seems high and increases every year.

The whole process from touring to signing the lease was super easy. Everyone in the office is super helpful and willing to accommodate anything that might help you live more comfortably in your new apt. They helped me and my partner escape from a really bad situation with old roomies, so I'm forever grateful for all the support and kindness they've shown us thus far. Besides all that the property is SO pretty. All the trees make small walks very pleasant, along with the fact it's located by a public park with a playground and trails. The 1 bd/1ba layout is SUPER spacious and cozy. It's more than anything I could've hoped for! I'm not a big fan of the carpet but that's just a personal preference of mine.

Leaf blower noise early in the morning is really stressful after a graveyard shift. It’s impossible to sleep in the mornings at Landmark. The facilities is missing an important feature which is a playground for kids. You have to walk to Evergreen Park to play with your kids.

Nice location, quiet complex that is well maintained. Pet friendly next to a walking trail and park. Pol is maintained as well as workout room. Appliances are a bit dated, but the other amenities have made up for that.

I enjoy living at Landmark. The "mature property" aspect with trees and landscaping is nice, as is the proximity to the park and nearby green spaces with walking paths. Overall, it is a nice quiet apartment complex. Grocery stores, restaurants, and other shopping are all within a few minutes quick drive.

It would be perfect if you can control the parking spots from people that used them to leave cars that haven't move for months. Between building 3 and 4 there's a couple of cars that are occuping spots and people dont use them. It really hard to get a spot at night after I com3 home from work, i have to park too far away.

Very rarely actually addresses any issues you bring up in the office. Constant loud mowers or leaf blowers When you submit a repair request it usually gets done very quickly! Quite a few people not cleaning up after their pets, although that's not exactly on the complex as there are signs and bag stations with trashcans everywhere.

Honestly, everybody is extremely chill here. I've not had one bad experience with a single person here, and while I'm not exactly a social butterfly, they're really easy to get along with. Even when they're not, they don't really bother you unless you were to, say, give them a reason to that.

Staff is helpful and friendly. Maintenance repairs are done quickly...unfortunately there were several things that were not repaired before I moved in but they have been taken care of quickly and maintenance techs are very friendly.

This is not the worst apartment I've ever rented but it's in the top two. Between the dog owners not cleaning up after their animals and nobody in the office seeming to care to do anything about it to the constant $300-$400 water bill since we signed the lease because they can't seem to fix water leaks that are all over the property but they swear we're going to get a credit at some point in the future they're going to have to mail it to my next department because it won't be here. The maintenance being unskilled and unable to work after 3:00 p.m. this last snow we got they put small piles of ice melt on the covered stairs that saw no ice or snow and did absolutely nothing for any of the walkways besides in front of the rental office. They took two attempts to fix something simple plumbing related before they had a plumber come in at extra expense to fix it in 2 minutes I am so done with this place and we'll celebrate the day I move out.

So far this complex is the best one I've been at. Yes it has its flaws but it's definitely great. Trash is readily there, recycling is close by. Gym is great with all the equipment, plus a half basket ball court
