Property Ratings at Landings at Sea Forest
This would be a great place to stay if the property manager changes. The manager is rude and disrespectful. She is demeaning to the residents and at times yells at them. I have seen this first hand. Unprofessional management

The Manager, Cynthia, and staff are a dream for seniors. Asked for help on something, and done in 15 minutes. Having a shuttle bus, good maintenance staff, and a really nice staff makes me glad I came here to live. The Best!
The building looks great on the outside, but it certainly is not as advertised on the inside.....a premier,luxury retreat ????? I think not, it needs some SERIOUS updating and CLEANING re: floors, hallway carpeting, elavators, doorway floor entrances, elavators, under the building parking, The maintenance guys do the best for only being 'two' of them, this is a big building and considerating how old it is, things haven't been kept up. Some of the things that have been replaced or repaired is unsatisfactory for a Premier apt complex. It should not make a difference what floor you live on or who you are friends with the best, it should all be Premire living conditions and for the amount of rent I pay every month......I AM DISAPPOINTED. This review may not follow 'full review guidelines' but it is a sad situation when you sign that lease, what choice do you have ???
Lived here for 5 months. Both office and grounds/maintenance are friendly, helpful and unobtrusive. My only complaint - and it's more of an observation than a real complaint - is that they tend to be a little obsessive about activity sign up lists. A little more spontaneity would do wonders.

Thank you for the kind review. We strive everyday to make living here fun and carefree. We never mean to seem obsessive with our sign up sheets, however, they are rather important for the sole purpose of our Tax Credit Programs we offer for our many residents. Every year when we are audited we must show proof of all the activities we offer in order to continue the affordable rental program, and the auditors require sign up sheets as proof. I love doing spur of the moment things too, so any ideas, my door is open :)
