Horrible management
The property manager here is one of the most hateful individuals I've ever encountered. Combine that with outdated apartments, constantly increasing rent, along with filthy common areas that reek of weed, and you have multiple reasons to choose another housing provider.

i love it here!
I have lived here for 7 months the only problems I have had is maintenance but they have since gotten a new maintenance crew and everything is running smoothly. Spacious apartment, updated. Kitchen is a little small but all of the rooms are huge, walk-in closet the tub is huge! Kirsten at the front desk is amazing! I love the back patio since i have a dog, it’s easy access to take her out. The ground keep is always on top of things! Love the pool and the dog park! Lovely neighbors, and all around my favorite apartment!!

Roaches!
I went to tour a unit and when we were let in, I was overwhelmed with a dog urine smell. After walking through, I went to the bathroom and found 2 dead roaches in the cabinet. I could have gotten passed the smell, just a few caret cleanings, but the bugs was an absolute no for me.

Amazing staff
They we're all very helpful and any questions I had the location is wonderful the grounds look very kept up and the actual two bedroom comparable too what you see on the virtual tour I cannot wait to move in

Wonderful place to live
The apartments are spacious, the staff is amazing with any and all concerns, and the grounds are fantastic. Never any issues with getting things done.

Lancaster Heights is a great place to live
Lancaster Heights is a GREAT place to live. The community is amazing and a great place for family to move. The neighbors and staff are very friendly and the management is always helpful.There are multiple parks and a pool for you and your family and friends to enjoy. There are several store and restaurant that are close by and it close to everything.

Lancaster Heights is a great choice
The Lancaster Heights community is AWESOME! The apartments are spacious. The swimming pool and playground areas add to the property. The staff is friendly and if you ever need anything it will get done promptly. Anyone needing an apartment should definitely consider Lancaster Heights.

Lancaster Heights is Amazing
Great location! Family and pet friendly! Multiple parks and dog areas. Close to everything. There are several stores and restaurants nearby and in a great school district. Management is on property and always helpful. Regardless of the time day if anything is wrong the maintenance staff are always available and do whatever they can to fix your issue. Most utilities are included and the rent is a great price.
