The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Lancaster Apartments
I love the staff and management! Chris has been great through the whole leasing process! I'm very thankful to call Lancaster home ??
I decided to live here my junior year with my three other friends. This place was perfect for us. The apartment came fully furnished. In the bedroom, the closets are huge, with mirror sliding doors. Under the bed, there are dressers and storage as well. I kept my suitcases, boxes, and other stuff under there. I really enjoyed how big the bathrooms were too. I would 100% recommend students to live here. The top of the apartment was my favorite part. It's like a sky deck where you can see all of Champaign. Most importantly, the staff is very nice and caring. They always act fast when you need them.
This apartment has given me some of the best times I’ve had at college. It’s close to campus, great location for bars and restaurants, and it’s amenities are perfect for college cookouts as well as studying.
This property has been an excellent place to live this past year! Despite living with four other people, I felt like the living arrangments of the rooms let me have my own space when it was needed. The location of the facility is close enough to campus, green street, and the ARC so you never feel like its a chore to walk there. The staff is always friendly when I run into them. I would recommend that anyone give this place a shot and live here!
My roommates and I were struggling to find an apartment to live in this year, and we luckily came across Lancaster! It came with everything we wanted: a washer and dryer in unit, a TV, and modern finishes at a reasonable price. They also have a great maintenance staff that comes to fix whatever needed in a timely manner. There's a lobby where you can get water and make coffee, and the staff is really nice and provides us with snacks and treats during finals and holidays. There's also a nice rooftop to hangout on, and I enjoyed having our own balcony too. I like how secure the building is as well. It’s a great location near Green Street and multiple bus stops, and it is not a far walking distance from the quad. It’s difficult to find an apartment that has all these qualities, and I’m glad to have lived here this year!
The management team is very friendly and generous to tenants. I have lived in the apartments under this company for two years now and already resigned for next year! The apartments are clean and modern, with balconies and lots of space.
I would highly recommend Lancaster. It is a prime location, excellent price, and has exceptional staff, like Chris, that are there to support her tenants! If you want a comfortable, social, and happy experience at UIUC, I would suggest choosing Lancaster.
I am currently living in Lancaster while i'm getting my masters and it is perfect. It comes fully furnished and is a great size for me and my two roommates. Rent is super affordable for the location. I would definitely recommend Lancaster to anyone looking for a clean, updated, place close to campus!
The location of this apartment is outstanding. It was my first time living in an apartment and I’ve had a great experience. Maintenance completed requests very quickly and management is always there to help. Chris is great and always was so accommodating to my friends when they came to visit as well. I love having our own balcony and we really wanted an unit washer and dryer with storage space so this apartment was 10/10.
I’ve lived here for a while and have had a wonderful time. The rooftop is great for bbq’s, the staff are absolutely amazing and helpful, and the location is perfect for college students
I live at this apartment currently and have never had any real issues with the management or apartment itself! All of my maintenance requests have been met and the customer service is great too.
This apartment has a good location and great service! The rooftop is a huge plus along with your own balcony and in-unit washer/dryer.
this is a great property. The management is wonderful any time you have a problem they will be on it right away and they are always willing to help out if anything comes up. Great living space, close to everything. secure . Lower parking entrance not so great tho.
