The Rogue River winds through the city and features fantastic overlooks of the Rockford Dam. The White Pine Trail extends 92 miles, passing through Rockford along the river.
Settled in 1843, Rockford's location on the river made it an ideal site for a sawmill -- Smith Lapham finished his in 1844, and other settlers soon followed to create a village. This is my second year at Lamoreaux Farms and my experience living here has been very enjoyable. Staff is quick to respond to requests and they truly value their residents! Britt at the front office and Chris in maintenance were so helpful today! Happy to be a resident.
I love living here! The apartments are new and clean and the staff is super friendly!
