Honestly this place is an okay place to live. Apartment is Very spacious, there was a mice problem when I moved here in 2019, but I believe they fixed it. Parking definitely sucks. That’s probably the only con. Most neighbors keep to themselves, some are friendly. Maintenance isn’t bad either.

This place is full of mice. I lived over 5 years in Lalor Gardens, the first 3 years the company was taken care of the place. Once "Michelle" the property manager for over 10 years quite her job and the services in Lalor Gardens was getting worse. We moved out in May 2016 but yet they added a charge on my credit history for the month of Jun while their evicting letter was to evict us before Jun after we refused to sign the renewal lease before they fix the mice problem. Do yourself a favor and stay away from Lalor Gardens.
My family and I really enjoy Lalor Garden Apartments. It's fun for my child to play outside, and above that Maintenance has always kept the grass cut and free from lose garbage, which is greatly appreciated. Lalor Garden Apartment seems to have awesome Team skills, from the New Rental Agent whom is very informative, helpful and polite. To the Maintenance men of Lalor Gardens who never seem to skip a beat from emergency calls to just regular maintenance. We feel very comfortable here. Therefore, thank you Legow Management.
I have been living here going in my second year! Over all I'm very happy if how I am treated and taken care of by other maintnece and the office. The grounds are always kept nice and I have no issues with what they have to offer!
It was a nice place to live not anymore I have nothing positive to say about this place never no parking loud residents unprofessional leasing manager over priced apartment. Don't waste your time or money
I recently visited this complex while attending a meeting at a friend's house and I really liked what I saw on initial visit. I spoke to office manager Enid and she was very nice and helpful. I will be looking into the 1 bedroom apartment she has available or the studio apartment she said will be available November 15, 2013. The only thing is, some apartments are being renovated and they are of course more expensive. I saw my friend's living room and kitchen during my visit so, I'm excited to see how they look on the inside. I like to see an empty space so I can visually dress each room. Nonetheless, I'm excited to see more. I'll write an update soon!! P.S. I asked an older lady that happened to be walking by how she liked the complex and she had great comments. The one thing she pointed out was that the maintenance staff was great at response times and fixing her issues.
All I could say is, this place is very nice, very clean, very quiet and very secure. I previously lived here for two years and now I am back. Never had any problems with neighbors or parking. Any maintenance issues they are there on time. Manager and staff are friendly... Love the place.
