Lakewood Park Apartments

Today we viewed the Lakewood apartments, Chase was very friendly and very knowledgeable about the property which made our viewing wonderful! This property is just beautiful!

Madison was very helpful and answered all of our questions. The apartment we looked at was also very clean and met all of our expectations. We are very pleased.

Just rented my apartment today and am very satisfied with just about everything. A few minor repairs need to be made, but the complex manager filed the work orders right then and there. Seems to be quiet in these parts, the people are friendly, and my one bedroom apartment is spacious and beautiful. I am very happy for choosing to rent with Lakewood Park Apartments!

This is my first apartment I've gotten on my own, so I went into the whole process expecting to hit some bumps, but so far, Lakewood Park has been so helpful in walking me through it! I had what seemed like a million questions before I moved in, but the office staff answered everything thoroughly and patiently! I just moved in, and the apartment is great so far. So much space and it really feels like home! Quiet area and it really feels safe.

The staff were wonderful with making an appointment to tour, following up on questions, and answering all questions fully!

My roommates and I picked this complex because the property management was extremely helpful and friendly whenever we had questions!

I like the vinyl flowering although they could have done a better job installing it; there were some parts with gaps between the boards. Clean and spacious apartment. I also like the location.

These are great apartments in a great area. When apartment searching the office staff was friendly and quick to respond to calls and emails. I have loved my interactions with the leasing office and would recommend it to others.

Beautiful apartments with very spacey bedrooms. Concrete balcony perfect for entertainment and relaxing. Open kitchen with easy access. Cool place!

I've lived here for a year or so and I have to say the apartments are great, spacious if not a little pricey. However I have had nothing but trouble out of the office. There was a leak and I had to report it 3 times over 2 months to get it fixed. Every time I try to stop by the office the attendant is gone and never returns on time. (Usually 15-30 minutes late) this is nothing but a hassle and makes paying rent and getting problems fixed a hassle.

I just moved here from out of state, and I am loving it! Not only is the apartment beautiful, but it is spacious with plenty of storage! Great landscape, walkable and seemingly safe neighborhood, and pet friendly! The pool area is incredible. I actually didn't know it was a saltwater pool until my first time using it, and it was incredibly refreshing! They offer a cable and Internet bundle which saves me on additional bills. Staff in the leasing office are courteous, but there seems to be a flaw with maintenance requests, which you have to create online...maybe there are still some bugs to fix. Like I said, I just moved in and there are a few kinks to work out, but otherwise I am very happy I made the decision to live here.

This apartment is located in a safe area near Henry Clay High School. Richmond Road and downtown Lexington are just minutes away! The staff at Lakewood Park are all great and will do anything to accommodate you while you live there. They aren't too picky if you forget to pay rent and give you a week grace period without any fees! It is a wonderful area with friendly neighbors, and pets are allowed which is a plus! I definitely recommend living at Lakewood!
