Lakewood Estates

We rented at Lakewood Estates. Very good experience. The gals in the office, Melanie and Jean, were so polite, helpful and acc. Apartment was clean and up to date. If something needed fixed, they were there the same day. Heated unground garage was clean. Move out was easy. Refund prompt. Highly recommended renting here.

Mel and Jean were so fast to get our applications and paperwork done. They also showed an apartment quickly too. Super nice!

The overall experience at Lakewood Estates has been excellent. The grounds are well kept and the office staff is attentive to all of our needs as they arise. The walls are thick and our neighbors are quiet. The building hallways are clean and everything is in order. The other tenants seem considerate and polite. The maintenance employee is awesome. I've rarely seen anyone put so much effort into being so professional. I've already referred a co-worker to this facility and I recommend anyone reading this review to give Lakewood Estates a chance.

I moved to ND in Jan 2022 from the East Coast and found this place site unseen. From the very first interaction up to the present I have had nothing but great things to say. The two ladies who run the facility are very nice and helpful with any/everything.

The location is fabulous and the staff have been amazing! I think I ended up extending my stay longer than I planned.

This place is great for a single woman and even a family. I love the fact that the management goes above and beyond what you would expect. I love the fact that it has its own gym, a view of a private lake and you have 2 parking spots. One is outside and the other is the garage. The price is very reasonable especially since I have a cat. The apartments come with your own washer and dryer and even a dishwasher. The apartment has so much storage room and I love the fact that people who don’t live in the apartment have to buzz in which makes me feel extremely safe. Even when I have to leave the management knows who has an extra key for my place and calls me if something is going on. I highly recommend this place for those who want a safe place to live and the management cares about you.

The leasing people gave me a virtual tour which was nice. The appliances are nice and there is underground parking.

Even though the property is pet-friendly, it is really quiet. The leasing agents are great to work with, and the maintenance staff does a good job checking in with renters regarding repairs. I also appreciate that maintenance requests and rent can be paid online.

We really enjoy living here. Very quiet, lots of room. Pet friendly and super great people in the office ready to answer your questions. We moved here from New York and honestly weren't sure what to expect but they really made it easy for us to make the big transition!

Ashley was wonderful to work with and very helpful with the whole process. I really appreciated her assistance and availability. She did a great job and had good tips and was very helpful!

Our first time living on our own and this apartment caught out eye right away - it was our top choice. Everything about it is amazing; the exterior and interior. The management is super nice and friendly. It's pet friendly, which is nice!!! Our neighbors or quiet.

It is exactly what we needed. My wife and I are newly married and needed a place to live for a year while in Bismarck in between school. It’s beautiful and has great amenities. We love it and would recommend it to anyone looking for a great apartment near the river. 5 stars.

My husband and I are renting one of their furnished apartments and it comes with everything you could want! Comfortable furniture and very spacious!

My wife is a travel nurse and we were looking for a furnished apartment. Lakewood were very accommodating fully furnished everything we could possibly need!! Melanie and Ashley Were super helpful they got us into the apartment very quickly The application process went so smoothly unlike other apartments we’ve rented. They made us feel right at home !! I would highly recommend these apartments for anyone!!!!

This apartment is managed by an awesome crew that is on site during the week. Anytime I have needed to have their assistance with the apartment, they help out in a timely manner. Compared to other apartments in the Lakewood area, these are the best bang for your buck. Very happy living here.

I have lived at Lakewood estates for over a year and been more than happy with my time here! The management staff is great, maintenance requests always answered in a timely manner and staff always on site to help answer any questions or needs. The communication the managing staff has with tenants is phenomenal, always well in advance with any maintenance being done on the grounds of the apartment.

These are very nice apartments not far from the Missouri River. My one-bedroom apartment had modern appliances, granite counter tops, and a washer and dryer in-unit. I also had a spot in the climate-controlled underground garage, which was great for North Dakota winters. The staff is friendly, easy to work with, and set up promotions and activities to engage tenants. Not the cheapest apartments in the Bismarck-Mandan area, but well worth leasing through IMM.

Like most people looking for apartments we though this place looked good being it is pet friendly. Stay away unless you like over priced apartments, garbage in hallways for weeks paper thin walls and when you move out to be gutted of your deposits. If you are the unlucky person to be placed above the one garage door for underground parking don’t ask for a discount for lack of sleep! Total joke of a rental property! Zero stars

This business charges you with unbelievable costs under the name of repairs after you move out. Those repairs have nothing to do with anything you did. They ar dishonest and they won't even bother with providing you with receipts of their expenses. I had taken photos of the damages that were already there before I moved in, but they still managed to get away with making me pay for the repairs of such damage. My cat is a very clean cat and he never peed or puked on the carpet in the bedroom, but they charged me for pee stains that weren't even there. Blacklight fee was $45 and in addition, they changed the carpet for almost $500! In the previous apartment complex I lived, I had a cat that passed away on the carpet and there was even blood on it. They did blacklight inspection too, but they did not charge me for a carpet change. It all depends on the honesty of the management. This business has a sneaky management that makes you feel comfortable until you move out and they then rip you off. In total, they not only kept my $600 deposit but demanded another $600. Watch out!

This apartment in Mandan has brand new whirlpool washer and dryers and also great stainless steel appliances as well as a great view with a little lake on the backside!!!
