You wouldn’t expect the sleepy streets of Somerset to house one of the largest destinations in Kentucky, but this quaint small town plays host to over a million visitors during the summer.
Its proximity to Lake Cumberland and the number of events that the town puts on has made it quite a lively locale. Need new management
I lived there 3 yrs ago and stayed for less than a month. Roach infested. Management was worried about her own personal life and worried about gossiping more than her job. Couldn't keep a maintaince man cause office manager was unprofessional. Her son was always partying on property acting like a fool. And she was worried about picking on tenants that pay there rent,weren't on drugs and who was staying the night and how many nights at your house. Needs updated. The one good thing I can say is they moved me in within a few days of applying due to me being homeless. But I would rather the apart. Not be full of roaches like all of them were. I cleaned these apt. For income help.which u can only do one or two times. I was hired by maintaince man and he quite so I no longer had a job cause managers time couldn't be wasted. I hope no profit and owners read this. People were living there then only càuse they had to or cause they have no income to go anywhere else. If you get new management that's professional and clear out the roaches it would be a nice place.
