This apartment complex is a dump. They rented me a remodeled apartment and the dishwasher was not working when I moved in. Took three weeks for them to repair it and it still wasn't up to par. The bathtub was old and rusted. They figured out in the spring that I hadn't had a working smoke detector in almost a year. I paid $14,000 for this apartment for one year and they were not responsive to maintenance requests. Also the pool was not opened until August of the year I moved in when it should have been opened in May. Just a whole bad experience. I moved here because of the washer and dryer and was just disappointed totally.

It's been rough here. I've lived here for a few years. The rent is way higher than advertised. It takes forever to get things fixed. There is a big hole in the parking lot with a tarp over it. Ugh!!!

Pool has been out the two years living here but paying for it. Rent was raised. Everything old and broken down. Balcony door was never fixed and doesn’t lock. Garbage disposal leaks goo. Bathroom vanity has mold/water damage. This place is unprofessional

Despite the old age of the buildings (40+ years) maintenance is good at taking care of issues as soon as possible. Appliances are fairly new and in great shape but the kitchen/bath cabinets & faucets are old and need to be upgraded. I've lived here over 8 years and have stayed due to the affordable rent for in-unit washer & dryer and for the beautiful area the apartment complex is located.
