Our apartments are equipped with a full kitchen, dining area, living room, bathroom with a bathtub, and two bedrooms with closets. Apartments can be furnished or unfurnished, it's up to you! Pets are welcome, maximum of two. Each unit has its own washer and dryer in your apartment for your private use. Limited off-street parking is available for free. If you can't find a spot there is plenty of street parking since the community ends in a cul-de-sac, no through traffic! There are also limited garage spaces available for rent. Looking for a roommate? We will roommate match for you and help save you money on the rent! As far as utilities go, we take care of water and trash removal. Gas and electric (NYSEG) and internet (Spectrum) will be your only additional bills. Lakeside Vista is 1 block to the 11 bus line and a short drive to Cornell, Ithaca College, the Commons, and the Route 13 shopping plazas. **********Parkside Vista is located at 204 Fair St. Ithaca- we have 2 townhouses available for pre-leasing.
