Pets are welcome, maximum of two. Each unit has its own washer and dryer in your apartment for your private use. Limited off-street parking is available for free. If you can't find a spot there is plenty of street parking since the community ends in a cul-de-sac, no through traffic! There are also limited garage spaces available for rent. Gas and electric (NYSEG) and internet (Spectrum) will be your only additional bills.
