Lakeside Student Living

I loved my time at Lakeside while I was in college. Staff was always friendly and helpful and maintenance was always on top of any issues.

I loved lakeside! I loved here for 2 years during grad school, and it was the best price during my time at Msu! Would definitely recommend!

Great apartment complex with excellent host. Also has very affordable rent. And a nice pool.

I have lived here for one year, and I have just re-signed my lease. I love it here and the management team is very helpful. Everyone is so nice here and is quick to help with any problems.

Lakeside is an amazing college community with everything you could ever need! The staff are amazing and are always there to help! The amenities are AMAZING and the pool is the best in Starkville hands down! I’ve lived here for 2 years and have loved every minute. Thank you Lakeside!

I have lived here for almost a year and they have been so accommodating! They are very helpful and so nice. The apartments are not run down and they definitely take good care of them. I would definitely recommend these apartments!

One thing a specifically like about lakeside is the scenary. I like how it's by a lake and the facility is well kept by the nice staff at lakeside.

Well kept grounds, but the apartments are small, and they charge ridiculously at move out. The fees were a large amount more than the maximum deep cleanings are ever quoted for a 4 bedroom (and I was in a 2 bed, 2 bath). On top of that the bookkeeper accidentally charged my roommate and me double their normal fees and then tried to dispute it on a couple phone calls/emails.

Personally I've never had a problem with Lakeside. My biggest hobby has always been gaming, so Internet is one of the most important qualities for an apartment complex. Lakeside easily sported the best internet. I know for a fact this is the case as everywhere else my other friends were gaming, they'd always disconnect randomly or have multiple day outages. I never had these problems here. Not to mention the speed is more than satisfactory. All the other facilities were great when I went to them. The gym, pool, and using the bus to shuttle to and fro campus. Plus staff are great at communicating. Highly recommend.

The staff and residence are all around friendly! The renovations are really nice. -Recommend to check them out.

Lakeside has been such an incredible place to live! It has been a great place to get to know my neighbors and the amenities are amazing. It’s nice to have such a nice pool so close to my apartment. I mostly love the staff that works in the property. They’ve been so helpful with everything I’ve needed. I’d recommend this place to any student.

Absolutely love living here and I have lived many many places in the area! The location is awesome and the apartments are very nice! No complaints for me when it comes to Lakeside Student Living.

Lakeside student living is a great apartment with fair prices and an amazing staff. Maintenance is always fast and super helpful. The apartment complex itself is beautiful and very quiet at night. The apartments are very well maintained and a great size for a student. The shuttle takes students to and from campus, very helpful for students with no transportation. The disc golf course and pool are always nice when there is nothing else to do as well as the clubhouse. I would recommend anyone new to the area to stay at Lakeside Student living.

I have stayed here at the apartments for two years so far. I transfered from the coast, and the staff was more than willing to help with any and all problems with the moving process. The staff is extremely nice and will work with you through any issues you might have with the apartment. We had two so far between the front door and the dryer, and both were fixed right after we went to the office. I would definitely recommend the place.

This is really a good place to stay no noise no party’s quiet and everyone mind there own business

The Maintenance team here at lakeside is prompt and friendly. Anything that brakes, they are on time to fix it. Cody the manger is very friendly and prompt.

Lakeside was an affordable and convenient place to live for the duration of my graduate program. They provide a variety of services at one fair price that puts them at a higher advantage than other places in Starkville in which the bill is separated into rent and utilities. My parents described the pool and clubhouse as a personal “resort.” Very nice staff!

Out of all the apartments I stayed at around campus Lakeside is the most relaxing and peaceful complex you would like to stay at. Kickback get a drink and watch the beautiful sunset.

I lived at Lakeside for 3 years and it was wonderful. They have the best prices in Starkville as far as student living and the property is really nice. The pool is amazing as well as the view of the lake. It is right next to Wal-Mart which I loved! The staff is really kind and maintenance is always quick to fix a issue. I will really miss living there!

I stayed two years at lakeside student living and enjoyed a large majority of it. AMAZING pool, decent gym (got the important things), always nice staff, computer lab, those were majority of the positives for me. The rooms were nice as well, I lived in a 4 bed room and got lucky to have one of the bigger bathrooms so I enjoyed all of my stay. Would recommend. -Stone Brown

They help you with any you need during your stay and are always fun to talk with. The amenities are also amazing for such a low price.

My year spent at Lakeside was very well spent. I enjoyed living there, nice bathrooms and rooms in general. Decent living room and kitchen as well.

I love Lakeside. Whenever we had a problem, they were always on top of things making sure everything got fixed in a timely manner;even on the weekends. It’s a great atmosphere with a lovely pool!

The living experience is amazing. The rent is extremely affordable and management is super easy to talk to. The shuttle is always prompt picking students up and dropping them off unto campus. I will recommend Lakeside Student Living to everyone I know.

This place is great, though it seems far from campus it is really only a 10 minute drive! not to mention its right off a 45 allowing easy and quick access in and out of Starkville. The staff is friendly and the apartments are nice. They come fully furnished and if they happen to break the maintenance are quick on their feet to quickly resolve the issue. They have one of the nicest pools I have seen in Starkville, a 24/7 gym, as well as a computer room if your own computer happens to be unavailable! if I could rate more stars I would definitely do so!

Lakeside was a second home for me. The staff is always so friendly and truly cares about you. They always make sure the property looks good and is taken care of. If I had any problems maintenance was so helpful. I rarely had the internet go out and if it did all I had to do to fix it was reset my router. My building was quiet and I always felt safe. The pool and game room are also nice.

Lakeside is a great place to live, especially if you want that warm at home feeling! What's more loving than having your own bathroom inside your room ,or wanting to feel some air and being able to walk outside to sit on your balcony? The staff is so energetic and caring; along with the maintenance guys who are always fast at doing their job when you note a problem! How could I forget the amazing buses; they're fun for dodging traffic on game days or simply saving gas going to campus? Overall Lakeside is a beautiful place to reside. I highly recommend it; being that I stayed there for two years.

Move into Lakeside NOW! If not, you're missing out. This place is great man. The staff is always friendly and that goes for everyone that's a part of the staff. The property is always well kept. Who cares about the distance it is from school? They have a shuttle! I was never late for class and I rode the shuttle 95% of the time. Sign your lease!

I loved the pool here. The staff is real nice and friendly. I did enjoy living here except for some problems but they were fixed. The only thing is that is far from campus but they have two shuttles to commute back and forth has save you from buying a parking decal

Lived here for a year and it was a pretty good experience! Staff is great and they get things done pretty fast. Maintenance comes quick if you have a problem which is good because alot of places take their time and don’t really value the residents. Overall it was a pretty good experience. Its a pretty far drive from campus but the shuttle runs everyday so most of the time I didn’t have to drive my car. Walmart is right down the street and you’re close to the highway.
