I’m very pleased with the property overall , my only concern would be having kids and living above someone who makes complaints ! I wish I could’ve got a bottom unit ! I don’t want to interrupt anyone’s peace and quiet but at the same time it’s like I have to make my kids act like they’re in a library in the comfort of our new home. That’s my only issue , other than that everything else is good!
I've only lived out here a month and it has been a great experience for me and my kids. I was provided with a clean apartment anything that was wrong on move in day was addressed and corrected. Ms. Geraldine in the office is great, she is such a patient person, she explains things if you don't understand, and goes above and beyond to be sure that you are helped!
Right now I'd say this is one of the worst communities to live in. There's no amenities. Can't use the pool. The clubhouse, the play area. They're supposed to be a pond, but it's more like a mud puddle. It's just not satisfying at all for the price we're paying

The Lakeside place apartments is a community for everyone, pet friendly, viewing the ducks, you can do family cookouts, you can also enjoy walking around the community for exercise

I can say this by me being a new resident here they listen to the issues and also come to see how it working that was a great thing they wanted to know.
My experience has not been pleasant because of the cost of trash, wifi and washer and dryer. The park is not maintained well for the children, sand is very traceable. The pool and workout rooms have never been open. The ducks make it stink to where we cannot pleasantly sit on the balcony in privacy as well due to no balcony curtains aloud. My car has been broken into several times, there are no cameras on side walks.

When we first moved here in the fall of 2021 things were excellent! As the years have gone on this place just keeps going downhill. 1. The trash bins have sometimes been overflowing for days. 2. The playground has graffiti on it. 3. The pool has been out of order since last spring and has yet to be fixed. 4. The amounts of dog waste all over is beyond unbearable. These are just a few of the many things that have happened. I really want to love this place again but it is hard to do that right now.

The maintenance service is nearly useless. Takes constant follow-up with multiple people to actually get any work done. And when it is done it is always delayed (sometimes days, sometimes weeks) and usually not done particularly well.

This place is terrible. I cannot wait to move in the next two weeks. My apartment has a roach infestation and I have been trying to resolve it for the past two months. Also maintenance has not fixedanything since putting the workorder in over a month ago. Do not live here. It is nasty, the grounds are disgusting. Garbage everywhere most days.

At first I loved the community, but soon I found out that maintenance is terrible. They don't do the work that's asked of them, and they close the tickets without even completing them. It's ridiculous.

Great place to live, maintenance is understaffed but very friendly and management has improved a lot over the last couple years.

Trash apartments I’ve been living here for 2 years without heat or air circulating in my bedrooms and they kept saying they were going to fix but never did just left a huge hole in my ceiling on top of that my apartment kept flooding 3 times while living there I advise you not to come here go somewhere else the Management is trash they don’t fix ANYTHING??
This place is TRASH!! They don’t fix anything. I ceiling has been leaking in 4 different areas and they still haven’t fixed it. Every time I turn around something is broke in my apartment
I absolutely love my townhouse here. It's very spacious and was very clean when I did my walk thru. I enjoy living here so much cause since I left Rhode Island nothing felt like home until now. The leasing staff is amazing and very easy to deal with. I haven't had to call maintenance for anything in 4 months so not sure about them but judging by everything else I'm sure they are great too. I would recommend Lakeside place to anyone I know..
Very clean and beautiful apartments. The staff is very professional and polite. A composed atmosphere. Pet friendly and assigned parking. The shopping centers are located less than a mile from here and a all around great stay..
I moved to Greenville for my job and I needed an apartment right away. The staff and Lakeside place made that happen when no one else could help me. I really appreciate them going out of their way to accommodate me. I will definitely be referring them to anyone looking for a great apartment for a reasonable price! Thank you Lakeside!

Great location and friendly office staff. My apartment is beautiful and I love my view of the lake!!
I have lived here for a few months and I must say that McClain is a lazy, sneaky and conniving individual. She tells you anything to get you in the apartment and 90% of the time it's not true. You walk in and she just sits there. If there's nobody else around, prepare to stand there until she feels like helping you. She talks down about everyone else in the office and makes it seem like they don't know how to do their job. Although, she's my leasing agent, I will wait until someone else is in office. She talks to you like she knows everything and trust me she doesn't. Point being, if you decide to move to Lakeside Place, talk to someone other than McClain.
Don’t be fooled by the pictures... your apartment will Not look like the model. Also this is a war zone so wear a bullet proof vest when walking to your car. Please be aware that the leasing girl McClain will tell you your apartment will have new carpet and floors. That’s not the case. She didn’t even check our income or do a rental verification.
Very spacious apartment home love the open style floor plans. Maintenance staff very friendly and are always on top of things. Neighbors are very friendly. I love walking my dog around the lake. Office staff super nice! I have recommended Lakeside Place to my friend and got a referral bonus!!!

The parking is awful. They also check your apartment, even when you arent home, coming in with their own key to find violations in your apartment. 0 privacy. However, it is cheap. Before you sign a lease, check the parking at night. Seriously awful. You are only given one spot. If you have more than one person living there, you are screwed. And half the time, someone else will take your spot
Have lived here for about 6 months and have had a couple of things that need to be done and they act like i don't know what i'm talking about when i tell them what needs to be fixed. My father and i worked in construction for years and the people they have for maintenance have no clue what they are doing! I told them how to fix the issue and they came and did work that was pointless and fixed nothing. I hope they didn't get paid a lot to come and waist their time!
Very nice apartments. Although I haven't been here long I've had small issues. I have expressed my concern to management. I must admit the manager seems to be on top of things. I also hope to see them take care of issues with access water from the rain. I am worried about flooding. These apartments apparently flooded last year on the bottom level.
Lots of square footage for a great price! Very roomy and updated town home style apartments. The staff are attentive and friendly, and treat you like family. Just minutes from downtown Greenville, and close to lots of restaurants and shopping!
This complex is in an excellent location. It's close to both downtown and the popular Haywood Mall. It is an older complex with the problems associated with age. Leaky plumbing, electrical problems and very small closet space.
