I couldn’t love my apartment and where it’s located any more! The price is reasonable for all the upgrades. However, this new property management company is super quick to hold tenants responsible for their many rules, however, pays very little attention to their responsibilities with fixing things such as keeping the grounds and pool area clean, fountain has been broken for months, pool gate is broken. overgrown plants are a liability because you can’t see other traffic in our parking lots. I was called one day telling me they had already started eviction proceedings when not only was it their mistake, but I not once received a courtesy call letting me know there was a problem.

Maintenance and staff are awesome. They do everything they can but the neighborhood needs work, paving,landscaping, new fences around the dumpsters, sidewalks are crumbling. A playground would be nice for the kids and maybe some picnic tables under the trees.

I am very disappointed at the condition of the grounds and of the pool area Trees were cut down over 2 weeks ago and are still laying on the ground The area around the maintenance shed is a total mess with appliances and old parts just laing around Also the pool area is in dyer need of refurbusing If the grounds are not kept up by the people in charge its no wonder many of the residents dont care After being here for 11 years I have seen a total downgrade in thie complex SAD SAD SAD

These are lovely apartments with great amenities such as the gym, dog park and pool. I would just suggest a playground for all the kids to have a safe place to play.

We have been living here for a while and enjoy it. Its a good area, quiet for the most part, clean. The pool area is nice. When we submit maintenance requests, they are followed up and completed.

Nadina is absolutely amazing, As well as the other staff in office as well. I've met a few of the maintenance men, and they are all very kind and very knowledgeable about what they are doing, and if you have any questions while they are fixing something they have no problem walking you through what their doing.Also the apartments alone are absolutely beautiful, all redone, and remodeled. I'd recommend this place to anyone and everyone :). they really make you feel at home and comfortable here. 10/10 recommend!!!!!

Maintenance and staff are wonderful and do what's within thier control. Some of the new neighbors are very disrespectful. Leave trash all.over the place, loud and just rude. Really wish the landscaping were maintained and it would look alot better here despite the neighbors trash. Parking lot and sidewalks and crumbling in pieces, outside lights do not work. Property really needs attention.

The apartment is set up as a spacious, split plan ,2 bedroom, 2 bath is wonderful for our family. We normally have lived in single family homes with huge back yards, but here all the outside amenities has been great. Out 60 lb dog absolutely LOVES the dog park. The front office staff has been very helpful with the move in process and making us feel welcome in the community.

The apartment is nice. The cabinets are pretty bad and old and there are some bugs. Maintenance is also slow. The amenities are decent the pool is very nice. Overall pretty good

Being a resident has had it's up and downs, but that is any where you live. This is an older complex so everything is not tipy top. I have lived here almost 3 years and the management has changed many times. With the current management they now go in your home multiple times for “inspections” this is probably due to some serious structural issues they are having. The buildings do have mold issues most likely due to leaks. It is a great property but don’t recommend due to our health problems we have had since living here. Bathtubs deteriorating, leaks, too much humidity, mold from leaks, are all important things to know before you move your kids in here. As well as the property having electrical boxes throughout that area old and can easily trap someone’s foot and trip in them.

Office staff is great very nice and stays on top of concerns. The maintenance staff is always very nice and comes within a reasonable time frame to fix any problems. Would recommend Lakeside Glen apartments.
