So far so good! Move in was super easy and the staff is very nice. I’m looking forward to staying here for another year or so if everything stays the same.
We have been living here for a while and enjoy it. Its a good area, quiet for the most part, clean. The pool area is nice. When we submit maintenance requests, they are followed up and completed.

Nadina is absolutely amazing, As well as the other staff in office as well. I've met a few of the maintenance men, and they are all very kind and very knowledgeable about what they are doing, and if you have any questions while they are fixing something they have no problem walking you through what their doing.Also the apartments alone are absolutely beautiful, all redone, and remodeled. I'd recommend this place to anyone and everyone :). they really make you feel at home and comfortable here. 10/10 recommend!!!!!

Maintenance and staff are wonderful and do what's within thier control. Some of the new neighbors are very disrespectful. Leave trash all.over the place, loud and just rude. Really wish the landscaping were maintained and it would look alot better here despite the neighbors trash. Parking lot and sidewalks and crumbling in pieces, outside lights do not work. The apartment is set up as a spacious, split plan ,2 bedroom, 2 bath is wonderful for our family. We normally have lived in single family homes with huge back yards, but here all the outside amenities has been great. Out 60 lb dog absolutely LOVES the dog park. The front office staff has been very helpful with the move in process and making us feel welcome in the community.

The apartment is nice. The cabinets are pretty bad and old and there are some bugs. Maintenance is also slow. The amenities are decent the pool is very nice. Overall pretty good

Being a resident has had it's up and downs, but that is any where you live. This is an older complex so everything is not tipy top. I have lived here almost 3 years and the management has changed many times. With the current management they now go in your home multiple times for “inspections” this is probably due to some serious structural issues they are having. The buildings do have mold issues most likely due to leaks. It is a great property but don’t recommend due to our health problems we have had since living here. Bathtubs deteriorating, leaks, too much humidity, mold from leaks, are all important things to know before you move your kids in here. As well as the property having electrical boxes throughout that area old and can easily trap someone’s foot and trip in them.

Greenboro I’ve lived here two years now and am very pleased: Management - Top notch! Whenever I have had a need for maintenance, a question or concern, it has been addressed completely and immediately. Apartment - Excellent West Melbourne location - quiet neighborhood - nature abounds - lots of water birds in lake, sand hill cranes, turtles - I’ve even seen a pair of otters. The grounds are well maintained.

Paula the office manager is truly amazing & a literal life saver. The rest of the staff, Stephanie and Andrew, are very kind and helpful also. This is a rare property where they treat you like family instead of just a $ sign. They go above and beyond to keep the grounds looking amazing. The maintenance staff is always on point and eager to fix any issues that arise. This is a family apartment complex where you don't have to worry about theft & crime. You have a beautiful pool, jacuzzi & laundry room that are top notch. The lake and walking trail are great for pets or just a relaxing walk. More than anything Paula the property manager is 1 of a kind and I will never forget the kindness & positivity she showed me during a low point in my life that forced me to move away unexpectedly. I will never forget her or Lakeside at Greenboro and they will always have a fond place in my heart.

Moved here almost a month ago. Very quiet community. Grounds are nicely kept. Pool is great, love the lake also. Maintenance resolves issues very quickly. And office staff go out of their way to remedy issues. The area is local to all sorts of shopping and the beaches. Definitely a place to look at if your looking for a place to live.

I have been here for two years and find this place amazing. The maintenance team is fantastic, get all your complaints cleared in a day or two. The schools associated to this school is great and you have a school going kid, this apartment is for you. The facilities are good, would have been better if they had a playground for kids, but otherwise a good location / safe & secure.

After a month of trying to contact the office to see the status of my application I was told they no longer had my application and the apartment I paid to reserve was given away. After I paid the application fee I never heard a word back from them. This company will take your money and run!! Be aware!! Even the manager never has any idea what is going on. She didn't know if the bedrooms had ceiling fans and also didn't know even the square foot. I thought I was being punked because of how horrible and disorganized they were. I would not even give this apartment a rating.

I was looking at a lot of different places and because I was moving over 200 miles away I needed to know and see as much as possible of the places I was considering. Apartments.com gave me much more insight than any other and I made a trip up to see the community and model. Of course the model was perfect. I liked the grounds and the quiet! Still do. But come moving day there was a lot that needed to be cleaned and fixed. Very dirty behind the AC and a lot of "old" blinds and ware and tare on the cabinets among other minor things. What could be cleaned and fixed was right away but it is left to me to clean the paint and dirt off of the verticals and the other parts of the apartment. The staff has been accommodating and the community is great. The pool and jacuzzi are great after a long day. And the fitness room, tennis court and basketball court are a bonus. It's close to shopping of all sorts, Publix, Target, Walmart, banking, and the Mall! Close to the freeway too. It's a short trip to the water and for just a few more minutes in the car... NASA and Disney are doable! No regrets.

We love living at Lakeside at Greenboro. Like a mini get away home. Malls, shopping, movie theaters, hospital, nature park, are all within 3 miles from our place. the grounds are beautifully manicured and with so many trees and plants it IS like a walk in a park each day. great pool, fitness room, little lake, walking trail, dog park..who could ask for more!?

I have been asking about repair to the hot tub since July and was assured month after month that it was in the works.when I resigned my lease in oc toner,I again asked when Tue hot tub would be repaired and resigned my lease based on information and assurances from both Larissa and Anthony that the sap repair would be done by the end of the month.now it's November and I still have no use of the amenity that I pay for.
