The community is top notch! I love my apartment and the amount of space that I have. I have no real complaints besides the chaos of the mailroom and being able to hear every move that my neighbors make. Other than that, we’re love it and hope to be here long term!
Loved the complex when i first moved in. A new company took over this year and at first i thought it would be better. We were getting to keep the office and Maintence staff which are great. But there seems to be issue after issue anymore. They keep adding fees that were not in the lease that i signed and the fees were not communicated in any way. Unless things change I will probably be moving when my lease is up.
Overall, great experience and friendly staff. Only issue is the mail room but ultimately we love it here. The tenants are a little community
Everything is reasonable. Living here is as expected. Walls are very thick so you don't here the neighbors. Easy in and out access to the community and your apartment. Plenty of dogs.
I genuinely love living at Lakeside! I have made lifelong friends, and millions of memories while living here. I really enjoy the pool and the fire pits for fun and excitement evenings.

Very nice complex and units. I love the location and amenities. Any and all restaurants, groceries, hospitals, and gyms are within a half mile which makes this place stand out to me.
Just moved here a week ago and love it! The property is well-maintained, quiet, and feels very safe. The staff is professional, friendly, and quick to respond. The units are modern and clean, with great amenities like gym, pool, pet spa, car wash etc.]. Parking is always available, and the location is convenient—close to stores, restaurants, and public transportation. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and reliable place to live!

Update or just fix the amenities. The pool has a heater and I was told the pool was heated when I moved in. Now they refuse to use it. It is mid June and the water is still too cold to relax in.

Great apartment. Parking is a nightmare and so is our upstairs neighbor. She has had multiple complaints against her but they do nothing about her threatening other tenants or constantly parking in the handicap spots.

Everything is good. The pool, Clubhouse, fireplace, style, access, office, personnel, website, rent, and Bilt. I'm good with staying here until I buy another house. Things that really help out are the car wash, air and vacuum.

Love the apartments!! Maintenance is really quick to respond to problems. Management is also quick to respond to problems. Parking is a bit of a problem, but I understand that will be resolved soon, with numbered parking spots. The down side is resident’s smoking (legal and otherwise) in other apartments causes the smell to come through common spaces (heater, water heater closet)

I genuinely love living at Lakeside. I’ve never had a better renting experience. The front office staff is so kind, the amenities are super nice and upscale. You’re very close to everything you could ever need and only 10-15 from the main city while not having to pay ridiculous rent. The only thing I think I would change is new picnic tables and more adult based community mixers. They do a lot of events for kids and families but not a lot for single/coupled adults without children. But still a great place to live.

Great community! Wish the grounds were a bit cleaner as far as animal waste and hallways leading into the homes. There is some lack of communication with management, but is understandable since it is a larger community.

Been here 1 year and I absolutely love my home. They neighbors are nice and very welcoming. I’m on the third floor and I love my view. There’s is never no noise where I’m at and I love that. I plan on staying here for awhile. I love the amenities

My actual apartment is very nice and the people here are amazing and friendly. My problem is with the amenities. Pool is not heated to a warm temperature even during summer months. Many times it is still to cold to swim in if temperatures drop at night. Pool water may be chemically in the right range but dirt and debris are built up on the bottom and sides. Firepits do not work correctly and have to be lit by hand. Grills are not well maintained and very dirty. Picnic tables are broken and umbrella gone or also broken. Sun shades over fire pits have been ripped down and never replaced. So if you want a nice place to sleep at night this place is great, but the selling points of having luxury have not been well maintained.

I have been at Lakeside Gardens for two years, and over all, I have very few complaints. Through the transition of ownership, the office staff has been incredibly helpful in navigating the changes and kept good communication in regards to how those changes would affect the community. The community is well kept up and welcoming. And the office staff go above and beyond throwing holiday / seasonal events like our annual Harvest Festival, pool & a movie nights, to hot chocolate and cookies at Christmas time. My complaints lie with neighbor conflict (constant weed smell in my own appt alcoholic beverages being left in my trash can), trash valet and the amount of months I had to wait for maintenance to come and look at some things. Little issues I’ll tolerate to live in an overall safe, comfortable complex with a wonderful staff.

We love it here. The staff is amazing. The neighbors are friendly and the neighborhood is lovely. Everything is close by like restaurants, grocery stores, coffee shops, medical centers, movie theater, etc. A very nice area.

My apartment and the office including management and maintenance is a 5 star, it’s negative residents that make this place negative. They need to be help to higher standards and be strict about them breaking the rules
