The community is top notch! I love my apartment and the amount of space that I have. I have no real complaints besides the chaos of the mailroom and being able to hear every move that my neighbors make. Other than that, we’re love it and hope to be here long term!
Loved the complex when i first moved in. A new company took over this year and at first i thought it would be better. We were getting to keep the office and Maintence staff which are great. But there seems to be issue after issue anymore. They keep adding fees that were not in the lease that i signed and the fees were not communicated in any way. Unless things change I will probably be moving when my lease is up.
Overall, great experience and friendly staff. Only issue is the mail room but ultimately we love it here. The tenants are a little community
Everything is reasonable. Living here is as expected. Walls are very thick so you don't here the neighbors. Easy in and out access to the community and your apartment. Plenty of dogs.
I genuinely love living at Lakeside! I have made lifelong friends, and millions of memories while living here. I really enjoy the pool and the fire pits for fun and excitement evenings.

Update or just fix the amenities. The pool has a heater and I was told the pool was heated when I moved in. Now they refuse to use it. It is mid June and the water is still too cold to relax in.

Great apartment. Parking is a nightmare and so is our upstairs neighbor. She has had multiple complaints against her but they do nothing about her threatening other tenants or constantly parking in the handicap spots.

Everything is good. The pool, Clubhouse, fireplace, style, access, office, personnel, website, rent, and Bilt. I'm good with staying here until I buy another house. Things that really help out are the car wash, air and vacuum.

Love the apartments!! Maintenance is really quick to respond to problems. Management is also quick to respond to problems. Parking is a bit of a problem, but I understand that will be resolved soon, with numbered parking spots. The down side is resident’s smoking (legal and otherwise) in other apartments causes the smell to come through common spaces (heater, water heater closet)

I genuinely love living at Lakeside. I’ve never had a better renting experience. The front office staff is so kind, the amenities are super nice and upscale. You’re very close to everything you could ever need and only 10-15 from the main city while not having to pay ridiculous rent. The only thing I think I would change is new picnic tables and more adult based community mixers. They do a lot of events for kids and families but not a lot for single/coupled adults without children. But still a great place to live.

Great community! Wish the grounds were a bit cleaner as far as animal waste and hallways leading into the homes. There is some lack of communication with management, but is understandable since it is a larger community.

Been here 1 year and I absolutely love my home. They neighbors are nice and very welcoming. I’m on the third floor and I love my view. There’s is never no noise where I’m at and I love that. I plan on staying here for awhile. I love the amenities

Very nice community, quick response with maintenance, and quiet area. Pool area is very nice, and multiple areas to grill. I really don't have any complaints, I have always been helped in a timely manner.

Really nice place to live, I have been here for 3 and a half years and I have enjoy every single day. The staff is nice and kind. Everytime I have need a repair the maintance team take care right away
