Property Ratings at Lakeside Condominiums
Don’t move here if you want a peace of mind . Management is rude and they don’t fix anything . The place is infested with roaches and is filled with mold . Pools are dirty laundry machines don’t work properly and there is no club house .
Over 4 months now I vacate the apartment and I can't get back my security deposit. They giving me the run around every time I call. Don't waste your time!!!!
Not a good place to live They take forever to address maintenance isssues Apartments smell bad They have an insect problem in the apartments, especially in the kitchen The ceiling has water marks There is always a leak issue. If I could give Lakeside Condominium zero stars I would. You can never find parking
The only thing good about this complex is the location. They do not keep up with the property as they should. Also, because I rent from a private owner the association does not consider anything today I have to say. Security is no longer here. People that live here treat the place like a garbage bag,too much favouritism. The association needs to speak with the management about taking money on the side to do fraudulent things. The association also gets mad when the private owners take up for there hard working tenants. For the amount of money that is paid monthly from us, I should not worry about safety or getting ripped off by the management office. If things do not change, we will have to resort to legal help.
The Manager and Assistant Manage, along with the staff are great and try to support the residents needs because they understand the we can have high and often unrealistic expectations. There is noone they won't help. In all my years living at Lakeside Condiminium (over a decade) this by far is one of the most courteous (if not the best) staff that the association has employed. The staff is very friensly and they assist their clients the best possible way they can. They have gone above and beyond to assist with the needs of the residents. If they do not know how to do it, they give feasible suggestions to make the residents lives easier. The entire staff always greet you with a smile, are very helpful to our needs, and are quick to attend to any problems that arise . The grounds and facilities are kept clean every day by friendly courteous workers. Thank you Lakeside.
This place has changed big time thanks to the manager Nisha! I like it the new Lakeside Condos.
I don't like it for a bit cause every years they go up on the rent
