Lakeside at Town Center Apartments

This is a great place. I love it here. Katrina and Ty are so helpful when I come into the office. I have been here for 23 years, through multiple administrations, & this is by far the best.

Quiet community with nice amenities. The only thing I would change is an updated children’s playground. The grounds are kept clean and it really is quiet for an apartment complex.

I have been a resident for almost 7 years and I must say it has not been all that bad. My only issue is that upgrades are not done while we are in the apartment. We could use new paint on the walls and the countertops that were painted and new floors.

Good place to live. Both office team and maintenance team are superb, friendly and professional. Would recommend to anyone who is looking to live in the Marietta location.

Very peaceful , Clean , Calm and Safe. Family oriented and great to raise your children!! Staff are responsive and Professional!! I have nothing bad to say!

Very nice staff and area! We have a really nice pool area and very quiet area. Love that we have a pool table/gaming area to relax also! The lake is beautiful with the water fountain running daily and the ducks actually love being out here as well

I love it here. It’s spacious and amicable here. The maintenance is always responsive and gets the job done fast. The staff was friendly when we moved in and always had activities for us to do.

It very nice here. I would differently recommend others here. Whenever I first tried getting back here to stay I had a few issues. But management helped me out and it went smoothly after that.

I love how convenient I am to Barrett Pkwy & Cobb Pkwy and yet I feel surrounded by nature with the lake and wildlife! The geese and their offsprings are a joy to gander at

Ty is AMAZING! Super helpful and friendly! However, beyond that, parking areas are difficult to maneuver in a moving truck. And our air conditioner isn’t working upon move in. But the apartment is very nice and I love our back porch view.

A resident for 7 years. A good place to live. There could be some work done around the complex. Always felt safe living here until recently. Pool needs more restrictions in not allowing outside residents not hang around.

Beautiful complex and apartments. Maintenance is quick to respond to issues. Grounds of complex well maintained. Office staff friendly and good customer service. Would recommend for anyone looking for a clean safe environment.

Being on property has been great! The lake is wonderful and great place to sit and journal! Also taking my dog for a walk is great as the area is calm and gives her lots of places to sniff!

We’ve lived at Lakeside for 2 years now and we love it. The staff are so friendly, they always offer little community events, and we love visiting the geese at the lake!

We’ve lived here for six months so far, and truly love it! The complex is relatively quiet and clean, and is well-maintained. The staff are amazing to work with. Currently planning to renew our lease.

My experience for the most part has been great. When I initially moved in, I applied for the 1st level from the parking lot. I didn’t realize it was the terrace level facing the woods. I wish I could have moved up a level, so I could look out the windows to see my neighbors.

Very new here. A bit annoyed my first month and I’m already fighting to get a charge off my account for over a week. Nobody responds to emails. It’s annoying. “Miscommunication” and lies are already being told. Not too sure how I feel about that.

Fabulous place to call home I really enjoy the access to nature and the Leasing Staff is top tier for sure. They were extremely helpful throughout the process of applying for a new home

Can’t wait to move from here. We used to like it here but, seems like the environment has become unlikeable. It’s a decent place to live if you’re just passing through for a short time.

You guys take care of us so well. We’re looking to renew our lease next year. Thank you for all your hard work. A hilarious fact: the geese keep walking by our door and pooping in front of it like they are trying to stake their claim on our land… lol!

These apartments have been nothing but amazing, I love it here! Everything is clean and quiet and everyone is nice. Probably the best apartments I have ever seen!

It's been a great experience here at Lakeside. I have not had any issues here all of my work order's have been completed although not that many but they were done in a timely manner. This staff surprise me at out community event with a song and recognition for my birthday which was cool. I have never heard of a community to be so kind and thoughtful. I do appreciate them so much!

This has been a great place to live for my first apartment. The staff is friendly and I love the spacious apartment! The complex is well maintained.

Love it. So peaceful and clean. My move in was easy and it’s quiet in the neighborhood. The staff is amazing and maintenance crew is quick efficient.

It was a horrible hassle getting everything together. But besides that so far so good. The apartment complex is so far really nice and quiet.

Everyone is so nice, so many community events. When something goes wrong it’s fixed immediately. There’s updates about weather and what to do…So blessed to be here.

It’s been peaceful and good so far. It’s only been a month though so we will see. The breeze ways need to be pressure washed. But besides that I’ve enjoyed it here the past month so far.

Lakeside Apartment is a very nice and quiet neighborhood. The environment is neat. It is very accessible, and the maintenance team are doing awesome job by their swift response and follow up.

Lakeside has been great! I have been here for a little over 6 months now and it’s been great! The community is wonderful and everyone is very friendly! The people in the front office are so helpful and very timely when responding to requests and emails. I would definitely recommend living here. The amenities are amazing as well. I love that the pool is open all year round and the nightly trash service is so convenient!

The leasing office agents are amazing, especially Melanie! My only complaint is that the windows in the apartments don't seem weather proof and mold grows on the sills if you don't wipe them down with microbial solution regularly.

Gated community on a lake in quiet neighborhood located close to Town Center Mall, Kennesaw State, Kennesaw Mountain, and Kennestone Hospital. Friendly and professional office and maintenance staff.

Everyone in the leasing office was amazing. It was a very smooth transition to becoming a resident. Such a peaceful full community. Lake view a gorgeous.

Great experience here. The guy in the office helped me to move in was awesome. So far after being here there has been no issues, no repairs needed for my apartment either
