OMG!!! The Best experience ever. My home is beautiful. The grounds are peaceful, and the lake is full of geese and ducks!!! My fur babies have been on an expedition to become comfortable with their new surroundings. The office staff, Ty and Justice are irreplaceable. The complex is great. When we moved in, one of our bathrooms was not very clean and there were scuff marks on the floor. The leasing team was fine but a little difficult and caught an attitude several times. We are happy to be here but they sure did make it difficult.

Had a little issue while moving in but we got it sorted out. The apartment isn’t bad there’s just a lot of fixing to do and I feel as if maintenance should’ve looked all that and made sure everything was working and well before the move in date. Other than that everythings going well. Good community.

Complex is nice enough. Justice is an incredibly helpful staff member! Some facilities could be maintained better (fitness center sanitizer wipes must be years old by now and are dry, bathrooms near FC have no toilet paper, etc.).

Everything had been okay but the gate not working anymore and certain disturbances in the complex are causing me to make this rating. Issues with dog owners not picking up after their pets is a bit frustrating as well.

Quiet community with nice amenities. The only thing I would change is an updated children’s playground. The grounds are kept clean and it really is quiet for an apartment complex.

I have been a resident for almost 7 years and I must say it has not been all that bad. My only issue is that upgrades are not done while we are in the apartment. We could use new paint on the walls and the countertops that were painted and new floors.

Very nice staff and area! We have a really nice pool area and very quiet area. Love that we have a pool table/gaming area to relax also! The lake is beautiful with the water fountain running daily and the ducks actually love being out here as well

Ty is AMAZING! Super helpful and friendly! However, beyond that, parking areas are difficult to maneuver in a moving truck. And our air conditioner isn’t working upon move in. But the apartment is very nice and I love our back porch view.

A resident for 7 years. A good place to live. There could be some work done around the complex. Always felt safe living here until recently. Pool needs more restrictions in not allowing outside residents not hang around.

My experience for the most part has been great. When I initially moved in, I applied for the 1st level from the parking lot. I didn’t realize it was the terrace level facing the woods. I wish I could have moved up a level, so I could look out the windows to see my neighbors.

Very new here. A bit annoyed my first month and I’m already fighting to get a charge off my account for over a week. Nobody responds to emails. It’s annoying. “Miscommunication” and lies are already being told. Not too sure how I feel about that.
Fabulous place to call home I really enjoy the access to nature and the Leasing Staff is top tier for sure. They were extremely helpful throughout the process of applying for a new home

It's been a great experience here at Lakeside. I have not had any issues here all of my work order's have been completed although not that many but they were done in a timely manner. This staff surprise me at out community event with a song and recognition for my birthday which was cool. I have never heard of a community to be so kind and thoughtful. I do appreciate them so much!

It’s been peaceful and good so far. It’s only been a month though so we will see. The breeze ways need to be pressure washed. But besides that I’ve enjoyed it here the past month so far.
