Property Ratings at Lakeshore Landing Apartments
Maintenance do not fix anything, it’s 81 degrees today and my apartment is at 83 degrees because they will not fix my air unit. The air unit has been running nonstop for 2 months causing my utility bill to be over $700 and they do not care. The apartments are old, not worth the price, you would think they were low income apartments.
situated in a quiet suburb. lakeshore landing sits on top of a ridge near the Reservoir. Some of the buildings offer a view of the water during the winter months. Lakeshore is on a dead end road so there is no through traffic. it is two hundred yards from Lake Harbor Dr. This provides easy access to downtown as well as the country. The Natchez Trace is less than 2 miles away. Three nearby locations on the Trace have convenient parking and access to the biking and hiking trails.There is plenty of shopping in the area. Old Canton road offers a multitude of restaurants. Ridgeland and Madison have excellent school systems.
These apartments are older and do not have stainless steel appliances or faux granite countertops. They do have large rooms, great location, lowest rent in Ridgeland and safe. If you care about fancy appliances and fixtures then you're too much of a snob to see a great deal at Lakeshore Landing. I would recommend this apartment to any of my friends looking in the area.
