I love the location. Next to a beautiful lake, with all the shopping and schools within walking distance :)
The “renovated” apartments are just painted over. I had mice and ceiling leaks that maintenance never fixed. It is cheap but there are better places for similar costs.
I love the property and I love the office staff. A dually gold Chevy going in and out of the parking lot flying yelling and cussing almost every day. Would have Gave 5 stars if it wasn't for the poor maintenence and Chevy driving wreck less and fighting all hours of the day and night.
