They are so rude in office and they don’t have maintenance. I have my AC t work for three months and my kitchen lamp doesn’t work for six months.
No overnight dropbox to pay your rent. Management takes it's time with most things, it took them a month to resolve a black mold issue. You will have roaches although the severity depends on your neighbors and the building you are in. Occasional shootouts and shootings even with "Security"
ROACHESSSSSS everywhere. The community is dirtyyyyy trash everywhere in every streeet. Maintenance smokes in the homes that are not being lived in . Just horrible
