Property Ratings at Lakemore
Package theft is a serious problem for this property, I have been a tenant of his property for nearly 2 years at this point and you must be on guard for your packages to be delivered. I have had them stolen within 30 minutes of them being delivered. They tried to address this issue with an email but they have not bothered to update the security of the building, nor give us a more secure location for packages to be dropped off. There is also a major security issue with the garage, which is left open for weeks at a time, inviting thieves to break into your vehicle, and on more than one occasion have seen random people roam our halls, possibly in search of other packages or unlocked doors to break into. I would not recommend living at this property until these issues are addressed.
