Lake Village of Rochester Hills

So many reasons to live here: 1) Location-Location-Location : There is a very beautiful park at walking distance. The Clinton river trail is accessible via walk. Rochester downtown is only a 10 minute drive. Close to Walmart and other amenities 2) The apartments are spacious and I love the layout. 3) The staff is great and I never faced any maintenance issues during my stay. I highly recommend these apartments especially for the beautiful park that is accessible by foot.

I lived here for 3 years and I have to say I would definitely come back some time. My apartment was always quiet. Had quiet neighbors as well. I really enjoyed walking on the trails behind my place. I only had maintenance come 3 times and that was always a fast and friendly experience. Michelle and Jan in front office are just amazing people who also made my experience quite nice. thank you TW

My apartment at Lake Village was very nice, spacious, and located within walking distance to a beautiful park. The property manager and other staff were professional, knowledgeable, and responsive. The grounds at Lake Village are well-maintained and this complex is good for families.

Just completed a 2 year lease in between homes. The apartment and community has been a really positive experience at the perfect time. Maintenance issues are taken care of quickly, the office is really responsive, parking lots and grounds are clean and the apartments are conveniently located to local businesses, schools, etc. Walking paths surround it so if you like exercise it's the place to be! Very happy that I moved there!!

I have been here over a year now and the management team is extremely helpful and efficient in anything you need to have done. The apartment has more than adequate living space and storage space and the grounds are beautifully kept. The location is perfect also with anything you need within minutes away. I am happy here and just renewed my lease for another year.

I've lived here for around 10 years. Our thought was to live here for a year or two then move to a house or condo. We never found a reason to leave. The apartments are large with walk-in closets. The site is clean and quiet. The office and maintenance people are warm and friendly. Michele the property manager has always been kind and helpful. The grounds are well maintained. The location is close to downtown Rochester Hills, Oakland University, I 59 and I 75 freeways. There are walking/bike trails all over the place. Nice!

This is my sixth year living here, and its gotten better every year since DHS Management took over. Walking trails are behind the complex and a park across the street. The apartments are roomy with an open floor plan. The property manager, Michele, has always been very considerate, and the maintenance issues are usually taken care of within 24 hrs. I highly recommend this place.

Just moved in this past September, staff was really helpful and had very good follow through. Apartment was clean at move in, maintenance does a good job with upkeep inside and out. Quiet community and people are respectful of their own space. Would recommend to a friend!

Just signed my 2nd year lease. The office staff are very friendly and helpful. Maintenance is not often needed, but when they are, they complete the job quickly and in a friendly manner. I feel very safe in this nice quiet gated neighborhood. A park being constructed across the street. I love seeing the deer from my kitchen window. Looking forward to another year.

I have lived here for a year, and I love it! I looked at other options in the area, and couldn't find any that compared when it came to LOCATION, PRICE, AMENITIES... everything that you consider when looking into a move. The layout of the apartment was perfect for me; I live on the ground level and have two bedrooms and full baths on the same floor. No stairs. You can't beat the square footage -v- rent. I tried. I have a laundry room, not a closet:/, with full size machines. Each bedroom has a walk-in closet. I have a cute patio with a small flower garden that looks out over the woods, and I am occasionally startled by deer and other critters, which I love. This location is perfect; close to M59 and its junction with I-75, no need to crawl through the traffic to get home. The complex is beautifully settled into an undeveloped stretch of Hamlin Road,and is across the street from a beautiful park. I am close to Oakland University, Rochester College, and OCC. When it comes to staff, I am very happy to say that I have never worked with staff who do as much to accommodate their residents. The ladies in the office and the guys who do maintenance have always done everything I have asked for in a timely fashion and have been nothing but professional and helpful. I am signing my new lease without a question in my mind!

I have lived here now for sometime and find it to be quite pleasant. My unit is nearest the woods. So much wildlife! Great location. Minutes from shopping and freeways and parks. Neighbors are great. It's quiet. And safe. Main office staff is very helpful and always so nice. Maintenance is usually always done in a timely fashion. I would recommend living here if you want to be in the city but not the hassle of living in the city!

This place is worst place I've ever seen. People there are very rude and they respond to your questions very impatiently. Just go look for some place else, don't live here.

These apartments are filthy. Management at the site and regional level are incompetent, and lack integrity. Make sure your apartment doesn't have environmental hazards from cat urine before you move in.

This apartment complex is a very quiet, safe, nice apartment. The rooms are large and the price is right for the area. Park across the street. Quick access to interstate 59. Fitness area is small, but many close by gyms. Repairs are made in a timely fashion. Would recommend this place to others. Only downside for the motor city is no vehicle garages, only car ports.

This apartment building is just 'okay'. The maintenance is so-so. There is one man that fix's things that is rather rude but I think that it is just his personality. Rent is expensive for what you get. So its almost not worth the price tag. The only thing I really like is that they are close to the woods and there are always rabbit's and deer I can see out my back door.
