Maintenance is very quick and the townhouses are very nice. Walls are a little thin but overall highly recommended.
Lakeview is a Beautiful, safe and friendly place to live. Going on our 2nd year, we love it here. Maintenance is on top of any problem needing resolved. And all the staff are wonderful

I love it here! The office staff is so friendly and they make me feel like I’m part of the “family”. The maintenance guys are on the spot whenever they’re needed (I locked myself out and Jim was there within 10 minutes!). The grounds are beautiful and serene. It’s very quiet and peaceful here. I’m not going anywhere—this is home!

Have had a terrible time here. Walls are so thin you can hear everthing your neighbors do. Maintenance request are not done within 48 hours like promised, even when you factor in that they don't work from friday at 5pm till monday at 8am. The commnity quiet hours are a lie and are not taken seriouly. If you report an issue with noise don't expect your problem to be solved. Expect to hear LECOM students yelling and causing a problem on weekends. If you decide to check this place out, make sure you look on top of the cabinets. We found a nice surprise. If you are a light sleeper or like to go to bed early, make sure you don't live in a complex with students. They keep us up almost everynight till 12am. On weekends its even later. Overall our experience has been terrible and we can't wait to move out.

Townhouse is the perfect space for two people. The area is quiet and close to town. Anything wrong with the unit is fixed within 24 hours and people are very friendly.
