What a wonderful place to live at I've been here going on 5 years and no place like home they take care of you the maintenance are on your door as soon as you put in an order the girls in the office are so friendly they invite you in with a smile and ready to help you in anything they can go lake severely go one of your best residence much love and hugs thank you so much for making me feel at home
I currently live here, and these are the things that I am paying rent for...the apartment has roaches, termites on the window, and mold that has still to be address after 2 months that it was reported. Just to back up, when I first moved in, I noticed a weird smell inside the unit. I informed the management, however nothing was done. No big deal but then I started noticing mold spurs beneath my counter areas. a maintenance request was put in, and they address it but then I noticed mold on the ac vent on the ceiling and in one of my closets. Every time it rains that closet floor gets wet and the stain on the wall get bigger. they know about both these issues and have not addressed it. a form had to be signed in order for the company who deals with the mold to come and fix the issue but as of, yet nothing has been done. Oh, I also had a leak coming from the air vent in my rest room my first month of living here. My experience here has been bad, and I can't wait for my lease to be up. don't waste your money. I regret moving here.
Maintenance service Good morning I was very happy and surprised because the same day I was moving the maintenance came to fix all the things I put in the app that needed to be fix.
Living here for the last 4 years is the best feeling that I've had with an apartment in a long time. This community the maintenance there at your door within 3 minutes of the complaint or not complaint or whatever it is that you need to be done within your apartment the grounds are cleaned the staff is so friendly and makes you feel at home the activities that they do here for us from breakfast too giving out school supplies for the children that's just the way you lake Tivoli really works I don't want to live anywhere else I'm happy to hear I don't plan to move anytime soon because of the way they treat it here you treated us family understanding come on in this is a great community and I want to thank the staff so much you guys are the best you have the interest of us as soon as we open that front door in your office thank you once again God bless you
Maintenance service Maintenance team is always prompt and helpfull..
Came in for a tour but decided not to get down after driving through the property. The buildings are very rundown. The price of the rent seems amazing for this economy and now I know why the soccer field and the kids park and the basketball court are really the best I see even at luxury places, but this place is not for me. Definitely needs to be pressure washed every single building and treated form you can tell.
Lake Tivoli Move in The office staff was informative, kind and helpful in getting paperwork done and getting the move in process achieved. I appreciate the quick response on taking care of maintenance needing to be handled.
Move in I went early yesterday morning to pay my move in fees. I was originally supposed to move in on 12/26. The leasing office manager Stella called me to see if I wanted to move in12/16 which was earlier due to another unit being ready. I agreed and asked to make sure I had a washer and dryer in my apartment. since the apartment I picked wasn’t upgraded I had to pay an extra fee for the washer and dryer. I have stressed this from the very beginning. Well I ended up moving in on 12/20 and I had no washer and dryer in my apartment. I went back and the manager said she will see what she can do. I now have to wait a few days after I move in to get the appliances I paid extra for. And to add to it I waited 2hrs to get my keys and I still don’t have a mail box key. I did everything I had to do on my end and i have a full time job. They had a whole week to have my apartment ready for me upon move in. This is unacceptable.

El mantenimoento de las areas Verdes es Malo, El mantenimineto en El area de bote de basura es uno de los peores, hay que caminar por encima de la misma para poder dejar la basura, y en la administration cuando los manager estan de vacationes no hay quien de respuesta, completamente decepcionada de Este complete, los gabines de Cocina son viejos y con cucarachas rata, estas ropiendo hasta la pared, y la Cocina nevera y lavaplatos que recibi no estaban en las mejores condicionrs.. Estoy decesperada por salir de aqui.

La casa esta bien y el servicio de mantenimiento es bastante diligente pero la administración no esta bien organizada es imposible resolver algún problema de manera eficiente es casi imposible comunicarse por telefono, si vas en persona t dicen q vayas en otro momento si es que tienes suerte q t abran la puerta los sábados supuestamente esta abierto pero no atienden no entiendo para q están abiertos, pienso q si esta en horario laboral tu trabajo es atenderme no mandarme a venir otro dia yo también trabajo! Simplemente son muy negligentes
After signing the lease communication went dark. I was told my welcome letter would be over to me within the week. That didn’t happen. I called 3 weeks later and I got an off site manager who said he’d talk to them. I get a call back 2 weeks later saying they are working on the letter and to expect it within the day. Fast forward now a month and a half and I still haven’t gotten that letter. After now 5 voicemails left I have yet to hear back. Now in less than a month I will be moving across the country and yet I still have no information. Unacceptable if you ask me. If I had one piece of advice I’d say look anywhere else. I’d love to know if the units are nice but right now I’m not sure I’ll even be able to move in.
Great property! Struggling to find the right place to live. When I arrived, Stacey greeted me and was so helpful with all my questions about the property. She was very knowledgeable about the property and the surrounding area. One of the best places I have lived.

I do not recommend you move here. I don’t care about some of these good reviews, they honestly seem paid for. From the minute I signed the paperwork everything went south, they wouldn’t give me the key not because it wasn’t ready but because they forgot to fill out paperwork, 14 days later and they won’t give me a mailbox key because they can’t seem to figure out how to make a copy of one, requested for other service items and never heard from them. Not sure how people can recommend them because it’s been nothing but trouble coming from them. The best way to describe them is one word and that’s “incompetent” good luck if you move in.
This staff is just amazing and Stacey and Emily are a dream team! You get the feeling of community at Tivoli that I was not able to find elsewhere. Yes you want to live here.
I love this apartment community, the maintenance team now is great. Everyone in the office is nice and helpful especially Stacey she is always there to assist me every time I come in to the office or call in.

I raised my 8 year here. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Neighbors are respectful and maintenance is always around fixing and keeping everything safe. Chad is a good example of what makes this place great and safe and especially clean Amazing employee.

Hi, In the lake tivoli apartments in kissimme, Its like been in a vacation state all year long. The staff is like family, and the most important aspect is that is close to everything you nee to a better living.Near stores, Pharmacy,Malls,and all sort of restaurants and entertainments such as theme parks. I have spent a great two years here and going on my third year. Thank you.
