About Lake Superior Village

We are conveniently located on the public transportation route and within walking distance of historical Presque Isle Park, the Iron Ore Heritage Trail, Northern Michigan University, the UP Reginal Medical Center, Lake Superior’s beautiful beaches and all the peaceful wildlife the Upper Peninsula (UP) has to offer. Lake Superior Village (LSV) is a family welcoming community filled with opportunity for family activities, growth and camaraderie. LSV offers pet friendly townhomes at thirty percent of the household’s monthly adjusted gross income and several other great amenities. The greatest of these amenities is the on-site Youth and Family Center providing year round activities for tenants. The after school programs include a daily healthy snack, homework help from Northern Michigan University students, Youth Council, Teen Council, Nutrition lessons, Family Fun Nights, art and craft activities and physical education activities. In the summer lunch is provided daily for the K-12 and summer programs include kayaking, fishing, outdoor field trips for nature study, and other great recreation adventures. Lake Superior Village also has a large playground with a basketball court, outdoor grills and a community garden. All of these contribute to an inviting and active, family atmosphere. The smoke-free townhomes include all utilities while providing hookups for personal washer and dryer, private patios, secure storage sheds. Amenities continue with air conditioning, reserved parking spaces, free garbage removal, on-site management and 24-hour maintenance. We are here to make renting comfortable and at ease for our current and future tenants.
