Lake Pointe

I went through my walk thru in my new apartment and saw that the medicine cabinet did not fully close, the next day a special order was done and within a couple of days I had a new medicine cabinet.

I feel very comfortable in my community. I am so glad that moved in. It's a peaceful place that is very well located.

I enjoy living here but location within the community is paramount to a good living arrangement.

Living here at lakepoint apts is a peaceful feeling...a quiet neighborhood...the lake is beautiful to look at mornings and nights...very calming and beautiful

Great place to live! Awesome neighbors and lots of things to do! If you live by the street it can get a bit loud but that’s not the managements fault.

There is very positive energy here, it's a peaceful and calm community with a beautiful large lake, wild life and greenery. You will enjoy taking walks here if you like the outdoors and being close to nature. The apartments are comfortable.

Very nice apartment with friendly neighbors. The apartment is very quiet with lovely views. We have the pond as a view. Every morning we wake up and look outside to see the beautiful birds turtles etc. what a great place to stay and enjoy life with clean pools.

I enjoy my apartment at Lake Pointe. I am blessed with good neighbors. The maintenance team is always there within 24 hours of any problem, good job! The biggest issue I see at the moment is there is no lighting at the entrance, it's hard find the Lake Pointe entrance.

The office staff is extremely nice. The complex is quiet and peaceful. Everything appears to be well maintained and the grounds are beautiful. The facilities and amenities are wonderful

I have had 11 leases here and my experience living in this community has always been great! There have been changes over the years with ownership of the complex, however the office management and maintenance crew were always friendly and courteous, reliable and professional, which made all the difference. There is a beautiful big lake with a lot of wildlife, a great place to take nature walks. If you need to rent, I would highly recommend Lake Pointe Apartments.

moving to lake pointe was nothing short of sweet & simple from start to beginning . Tracy in the front office is wonderful ! Apartment smelt & looked wonderful move in ready .

Moving in was super quick and organized! The staff made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Clean apartments and great communication all around!

I have been here nearly 3 years and in that time there have been many improvements made to the grounds and amenities. The staff is fantastic and the maintenance people are curteous and responsive. I think it’s a great place to live!

I love it at Lake Point. Everyone is Always at so helpful and a joy to talk to. My neighbors are so nice and helpful. Leigh and John are so friendly. They do there best to solve our problems. I’m getting old but thank God I am pretty healthy to still be independent.

Residents really need the entrance & sign to be lit. Maintenance told me this was in the works but still no lights. This could be dangerous for residents & visitors especially with Daylight Savings approaching soon.

Very quiet community the front pool is always calm and clean my son loves it! We would have enjoyed more toddler equipment in the park such as swings for smaller kids etc but regardless park is cute.

Being my first solo rented apartment I have to say I chose the best place available to me. Lake Pointe is a place I would recommend to a friend or family member.

Great place to live, Very dog friendly. Great office staff. Friendly and very helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to rent an apartment.

The property has beautiful grounds, lots of trees and wildlife and nature back on the lake…staff is exceptional, doing their best to keep the community nice…

this is my second term staying here at Lake Pointe, im very happy its peaceful quite and clean. so hoping i can stay here for more years to come. i just like everytime i had maintenance issues they come to rescue me . thank you so much.

Just need my water pressure fixed I also love the pool and the park for my kids I got a perfext spot I love the grass and how it is somewhat maintained overall I approve just please have someone fix my water pressure

We haven't moved it quite yet, but our experience from touring the property, to applying, and then signing our lease has been very pleasant!

Our experience at Lake pointe apartment homes has been nothing short of exceptional,we have just renewed our lease for the 5 yr and are so happy here were a older couple with grandchildren and pet owners we've been pleased with all the new amenities and the new signage is a real nice touch.The staff here are very friendly and helpful always make sure to address any questions we've had .We are very blessed to call this our home.Keep up the wonderful job we so appreciate it!!!!!

Been here close to 3 yrs and it’s been a great experience! Management and maintenance are all very friendly and efficient at their jobs! They keep us posted through email with major storms, power outages, maintenance issues and other concerns.

It’s a great community where the amenities have been upgraded since I’ve lived here. I think the location is perfect and it’s quiet.

This is a great community to live in. They really care about their residents, whether it is the office staff or the maintenance staff. If I have any issues, they address them right away.

Lake Point is a wonderful place to live. I’ve been here over two years. Never had any problems maintenance personnel in the park itself is excellent and efficient. I would totally recommend Lake Point as your next place to live.

I've been living at Lakepointe for over 10 years. It's quiet and I enjoy the nature it provides. I have nice neighbors and can say the same about the office and maintenance staff. The property is well maintained also.

John is the reason I chose to live here. John is amazing and made me feel at home right away. I haveva move in date of July 24, 2025. I really hope John is always here. Thank you John.

I just moved in recently and I love everything about it already. This is my first apartment so I was kind of nervous about it at first but now I’m glad I made the right decision

This is a great place to live if you have a pet. They are very pet friendly. Everyone is so nice. The apartments are a little small but they are nice.

I truly feel at home here! The staff is always looking for ways to improve! Neighbors are friendly and the community is clean and quiet. The grounds provide a great place to walk and enjoy nature!

Great location for what I need and has a cute gym and two pool locations! The outside grills are a nice addition along with courts behind main office!

I lived here previously about 10 years ago and loved it, great location and quiet. Plenty of parking, never have to worry about fighting for a space. I’m moving back here next week and they have done a lot of upgrades on the grounds, having 2 pools is great too!

We have called Lake Pointe apartment homes our residence for 5 years and have been extremely pleased with our living experience here we have small grandchildren and are pet owners and have been so pleased with the living environment here .The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful, they're always willing to help you with and questions or concerns we have had unbelievably the best experience and the community is safe and lots of amenities have been remodeled and updated thank you so much for all your hard work it shows everywhere you look keep up the wonderful job you all contribute it's a real pleasure to call this our home!!!!!

Lake pointe apartment homes are a affordable place with different sizes and price rage depending on your family situation and layouts with plenty of greesnpace to enjoy the outdoors with 2 pools and nature to see right out your window plus it's close to shopping and on the public transportation right in front of the apartment complex

Good neighborhood, very quiet for the most part, all staff are very kind and helpful, it’s a pet friendly complex. However I wish there was rules for parking such as trucks park across the drive and cars park in front of buildings. I say this as my car was hit by a new neighbors truck when he tried to park it between the 2 cars. This is uncalled for and wouldn’t have happened if there were rules for truck parking!! Also some dog owners don’t pick up after their dogs and I think there should be more rules and fines if they don’t pick up after their dogs!

It's a good neighborhood but the amenities are a bit unfair and having to split the Waterbill with everyone is also unfair rent goes up quickly giving false hope on rent prices

It’s a beautiful place for living .. alone or with the family. Staff are great and they are very friendly and helpful to everyone. Always clean, pool, gym and everything else. Apartments are comfortable. You have space for everything and you don’t need nothing more for stay happy. Just coming and see by your self

Lake Point is a great place to live because of the friendly neighbors and staff. The staff and the maintenance they are always here to help ASAP. No job is too big for the Lake Point crew. I have absolutely no grievances against Lake Point in the two years I have lived here????

After living here for one year, I renewed my lease. I love it here. With all the open spaces, I love walking my dog Mandy here . The few maintenance issues I’ve had they had promptly resolved them with no issues

Great neighborhood, very pet friendly, great maintenance crew and management is very kind! Everyone is so kind to my puppy and helping him transition and learn to love people and they showed him kindness and patience till they won him over and now he loves everyone!! ?? I truly enjoy living here!
