I truly feel at home here! The staff is always looking for ways to improve! Neighbors are friendly and the community is clean and quiet. The grounds provide a great place to walk and enjoy nature!

Great location for what I need and has a cute gym and two pool locations! The outside grills are a nice addition along with courts behind main office!

I lived here previously about 10 years ago and loved it, great location and quiet. Plenty of parking, never have to worry about fighting for a space. I’m moving back here next week and they have done a lot of upgrades on the grounds, having 2 pools is great too!

We have called Lake Pointe apartment homes our residence for 5 years and have been extremely pleased with our living experience here we have small grandchildren and are pet owners and have been so pleased with the living environment here .The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful, they're always willing to help you with and questions or concerns we have had unbelievably the best experience and the community is safe and lots of amenities have been remodeled and updated thank you so much for all your hard work it shows everywhere you look keep up the wonderful job you all contribute it's a real pleasure to call this our home!!!!!

Lake pointe apartment homes are a affordable place with different sizes and price rage depending on your family situation and layouts with plenty of greesnpace to enjoy the outdoors with 2 pools and nature to see right out your window plus it's close to shopping and on the public transportation right in front of the apartment complex

Good neighborhood, very quiet for the most part, all staff are very kind and helpful, it’s a pet friendly complex. However I wish there was rules for parking such as trucks park across the drive and cars park in front of buildings. I say this as my car was hit by a new neighbors truck when he tried to park it between the 2 cars. This is uncalled for and wouldn’t have happened if there were rules for truck parking!! Also some dog owners don’t pick up after their dogs and I think there should be more rules and fines if they don’t pick up after their dogs!

It's a good neighborhood but the amenities are a bit unfair and having to split the Waterbill with everyone is also unfair rent goes up quickly giving false hope on rent prices

It’s a beautiful place for living .. alone or with the family. Staff are great and they are very friendly and helpful to everyone. Always clean, pool, gym and everything else. Apartments are comfortable. You have space for everything and you don’t need nothing more for stay happy. Just coming and see by your self

I'm new to the Lake point. Community; however, everyone has been very friendly and helpful. I have felt welcome by the office staff, manager, and other residents.

Lake Point is a great place to live because of the friendly neighbors and staff. The staff and the maintenance they are always here to help ASAP. No job is too big for the Lake Point crew. I have absolutely no grievances against Lake Point in the two years I have lived here????

After living here for one year, I renewed my lease. I love it here. With all the open spaces, I love walking my dog Mandy here . The few maintenance issues I’ve had they had promptly resolved them with no issues

Great neighborhood, very pet friendly, great maintenance crew and management is very kind! Everyone is so kind to my puppy and helping him transition and learn to love people and they showed him kindness and patience till they won him over and now he loves everyone!! ?? I truly enjoy living here!

This is a nice place to live. The community is good. The neighbors are great, the staff are friendly and maintenance is very helpful. It's located in a good area with plenty of places to shop.

The office staff is the best there is, it is because of Karen and lea that I am in my 8th year here at lakepoint.the matinince staff is always polite and helpful they answer questions and always do the job to my satisfaction. What I don't like is valet trash make it optional and be told how long my response should be to this questionnaire

Love the area everyone is so kind and it’s clean and quite also ms Tracy was so kind to us on our first day she welcomed us.also the neighborhood has a lot of amenities that I love

i was impressed i called around 6:30 the maintenance guy came after 8 in the morning. and he did fixed my clogs on my bathtub sink .

Wonderful experience! The neighborhood is quiet and we are happy in this community. My daughter love walk for the Lake. I am very happy here.

The apartments are nice and the pools are great. Playground is new but there's no baby swings even though there's tons of babies in the neighborhood.

This is a beautiful property. I really love living here!!! It’s peaceful on the lake and there is so much beautiful nature here. Love it EXCEPT for the potholes that are tearing up my car!!

Lakepointe has been a great experience so far! Just moved in recently and the management is kind / extremely on top of things. Love the multiple pools and laundry rooms.

I very much enjoy living at Lake Point. The staff is accommodating, and it is a friendly community feel to it.

I love the peacefulness of the community. My walks with my dog around the neighborhood are nice because I've met many people on the way. My neighbors are great. Love the pool and the covered areas you offer while out in the sun. Glad, I found this hidden gem.

I am so glad I picked Lake Point it’s a perfect place for myself to live because I don’t drive this bus service takes me to where I need to go Viera to the VA to mall and to downtown Melbourne plus the people here at Lake Point are super nice and respectful that also goes with the managing and maintenance personnel

We have resided at lake pointe apts for 4 yrs and renewed our lease for another year,it's a friendly family oriented apartment complex.we have enjoy our place and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful.rhe office staff is always willing to answer questions and it's a very clean and well maintained facility we are so thankful and blessed to call it our home thank you for all the hard work and dedication to your residents !!!! It's a very classy and knowledgeable staff !!!!

Lake Pointe has been a nice play to stay, it is quiet and the pond is nice to walk around.

Since we moved here about 3 months ago we are finding out how friendly our neighbors are...we walk and meet the nicest people. We live in a nice part of the complex with a beautiful view...ducks geese..turtles and the residents take such good care of them. I feel safe here...I work very late hours at night and coming home is the most serene feeling just seeing the beautiful sky and lights and peaceful lake. we love it here.

New playground is awesome, all staff is great! We love it here! Maintenance is really nice and always responds promptly when needed. It stays mostly quiet too.

Clean, well maintained units, ample parking, onsite security, all the amenities you’d want in an apartment. Close to shops and restaurants for added convenience.

Everyone here is so nice! I love how quiet it is and safe. It's a beautiful and well taken care of complex. The pools are nice...the laundry area is kept clean...and the grounds are neat.

Love it here. Everyone is so nice. Anytime I have a problem with the apt the maintenance men are right here. They are always on top of things.

I love this community because the staff is excellent, they attend to any needs we have right away. They are very nice and they treat you like family, as well as the maintenance department and the community as a whole. They keep things clean and organized and everyone seems to get a long great.

I've been a resident for over ten years. I enjoy the quiet and peaceful surroundings. I'm very pleased with the upkeep of the neighborhood, the office and maintenance staff.

The maintenance team are quick to fix any issues that arises. Staff in the office are very helpful and kind as well.

It feels more like a quiet small town neighborhood rather than an apartment complex. They have constantly been making improvements to the amenities in the community since I have been her.

Lake Point is a very secure, quiet, pleasant, clean, excellent maintenance and the staff in the offices are very professional! 100% satisfaction!!!!!

This is a hassle free community. You have a problem it gets taken care of ASAP. This is my first apartment living experience and I don’t know what the problems are because I enjoy it. Everybody that works for his community seems to care about your needs first and are very friendly. Only one minor detail is trash is a little expensive other than that??

Living at Lake Pointe has been an exceptional experience. From the moment I stepped into the community, I was greeted by a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff members Lea and Karen are incredibly attentive and responsive to any inquiries or concerns, making me feel valued and supported as a resident. I definitely would recommend this complex to all who are looking for a great place to live.
