Property Ratings at Lake Pointe Apartment Homes
Management and all of the leasing agents are very inexperienced and unprofessional. They can never solve any problems. I put in a simple work order 3 days ago and it still havent been repaired. They call this luxury. You would think paying almost 1000 for a 1 bdr you would get better service and a more a more friendlier staff. 2 thumbs down
I am go glad I chose Lake Pointe over all these other places. With affordable rent plans to go along with comfortable 1 and 2 bedrooms apartments it was one decision i dont regret. The location also helps with schools, shopping, and getting to where you have to go in a hurry. It comes highly recommended
I was impressed with the model apartment along with the grounds and amenities. My two bedroom apartment is larger then some homeowners two bedroom homes. I have made it my model home and my affordable rent coincides with my wise decision to live in Lake pointe Apartments along with is nearby businesses and schools, most important I'm cooking with gas
Love my spacious apartment. Large bedrooms, closets and bathrooms. I have more space here than I did in my house! Great place to live. Convenient location to shopping, easy access to Chicago and Lake Michigan. Friendly management and safe, clean living.
