North Kissimmee is filled with entertainment for residents and tourists. If you’re looking for shopping, dining, carnival rides and more, then check out Old Town. The old-timey carnival rides and classic car shows are great attractions to the area. Popular dining spots for entertainment are Capone’s Dinner and Show and Medieval Times. Capone’s is a 30’s Chicago-themed dinner theater that is a wonderful source for entertainment near Lake Cecile. Medieval Times offers a dining experience while watching a theatrical jousting match in a castle-like venue.
Family-friendly spots are all around town, including Congo River Golf, an adventure-themed mini-golf course with waterfalls and gator feedings. Falcon’s Fire Golf Course offers a beautiful course and delicious restaurant on the northwest end of North Kissimmee. Find your North Kissimmee apartment so you can join this lively neighborhood.

The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Laguna Place Apartments
These apartments has mold, holes in floor and ceiling, multiple apartments are not being fixed, if ppl in this complex came together and went to court house, they will shut these DOWN!!! EVERY I MEAN EVERY APARTMENT NEEDS TO BE TESTED FOR MOLD, Rent is High and all they do is COVER UP WORK INSTEAD OF FIXING WHAT NEEDS TO BE FIXED, ppl moving in And things are NOT WORKING WHEN THEY MOVING THEM IN, so why are they RENTING OUT APARTMENTS THAT STILL NEED WORKS DONE, I had work done a week after move in, nothing was clean correctly NOTHING!!!!
I would’ve gave you guys a 5 but I’ve been living here for about 5 years and ever since I’ve came here, the basketball court has always stayed the same. Broken with no rims/nets, just a plain old backboard that has a little bit of cracks. I literally used to go outside and play basketball with just a backboard ??. And then I felt lied to because I remember one time, you guys (the office or the maintenance) were giving out papers to everybody’s door saying that you were finally going to fix the court, but it’s been nearly 2 years and you haven’t even touched it. Like c’mon now. Y’all fixed the gym and the pool but can even buy 2 rims to put on 2 old backboards. It’s gotten to the point where I felt like buying rims and nets to put it on MYSELF. But other than that, it’s really good, like I said, beautiful gym, nice pool, nice maintenance, and a quite community. Just pleaseeeeeee fix the basketball court
quite and staff members are really nice. Been living here since 2014.
I have a two bedroom apartment here at Cambria at South Polos. It's not a bad place to live. It's quiet most of the time. The apartment it self is in good condition. The floors are nice and the screened in patios are great. The apartment overall is spacious compared to most and there is plenty of storage space. There is nothing too fancy about the place, but it's definitely not run down by any means. There is only one pool which can be busy at times and the fitness center could be better. There isn't much for amenities here, but it's not bad for the price. The best thing about the community is its convenience to everything. It's not a far drive or walk, for that matter, to get to anything that you need and you are about 20 minutes from the Disney parks. It's not a bad neighborhood. I have never seen any crime. I don't leave my apartment feeling unsafe unless you are afraid of lizards. Lizards are definitely not going extinct in Florida any time soon. The ladies in the office are nice. Maintenance is not bad either. On the important issues, they are there as soon as they can be and with the minor ones, it make take a few days. if your looking for something fancy, I'd tell you to look around further. But if you don't care about older appliances or granite countertops and you just want something spacious and not overpriced, then I'd say welcome home!
