I had an amazing experience from the tour with Linda all the way through move in. The staff here at Lago is second to none. After the initial tour and application Linda went on vacation so Kaleigh stepped in to complete our move in letter so we could complete the next step. Kayleigh didn't hesitate to send the welcome letter. That was proof to me that the office staff works as a team. Our move in date was the day that Idalia came past Naples. With the uncertainty whether the office would be open I contacted Linda on Monday which was the day before Idalia came through to see if we could get the keys a day earlier. Once again the staff at Lago went above and beyond and gladly gave me the keys a day early. On move in day at around 7pm an email came out that the elevators would have to be shut down for safety purposes. At that point I still had a quarter of the truck to unload and I ran into Alex of the maintenance staff. He went out of his way to ask how much I had left and actually waited at the entrance to the elevator to catch me because he saw the moving truck. He kept the elevator on so I could complete the move and went to the other buildings and turned those elevators off. He even came back and made sure I was done before he turned off the elevator. Yes you might pay a little more to live at Lago but you get what you pay for. My experience here has been second to none and I look forward to my time here at Lago.

I moved into the Lago after losing my apartment in the recent storm about 6 months ago. I tell my friends and family its like the Ritz Carlton Of Apartments. Once I come threw the gates on Friday nite I sometimes never leave all weekend. Between the pool, ping pong table, pool table, work out room, the beautiful walking paths, and of course WaWa across the street open 24hrs just in case... The units are top notch. From appliances to kitchen counter tops, same with bathroom. Truly the one of the nicest in Naples Fl

Do not live at Lago Apartments. Once you sign the lease, all they care about is taking your money.

The staff at the Lago Naples is friendly, professional and approachable. The maintenance team fixed my issues promptly. The communal amenities are phenomenal and clean. The apartment has high quality fixtures, findings, and appliances. I can always find parking right near my apartment- this is key for me!

It's been a year since we moved to Lago, the atmosphere is very relaxing, safe and peaceful.The Lago portal is a great tool for comunication, the program is very easy to use and comes in handy when requesting a maintanance service or scheduling of amenities, events and much more.

We moved in about three weeks ago and so far we love it! The property and amenities are positively resort-like, and the staff works really hard to keep everything beautifully maintained. Management holds regularly scheduled social events (pool parties, food trucks, happy hours) which facilitates a genuine, cohesive sense of community. Speaking of staff and management, they are extremely friendly, accessible and helpful - truly a five star team ??

Lago is a great community and the apartments are wonderful. They are quiet. We hardly ever hear our neighbors within our unit. The grounds are kept up nicely and the amenities are excellent.
