Property Ratings at La Regencia Apartments
Can’t sleep here because there are so many neighbors above me stomping constantly. Ceiling and doors are so thin you can hear everything . Also, no hot water and they make you pay for water, sewer trash!!! Even though it’s not metered separately. Don’t rent here.
The room is spatial with full set of kitchen utilities. However, I don't really care for the carpet and the rough wall surface. My room is facing the center pool, so it might be noisy during weekends. it's worth mentioning that this building is one minute walk from both Von's and the gym :) overall, I'd rate it 4 stars, one star is deducted b/c it's not perfect, but in terms of its price, I think it's a good place.
It's a struggle to get into my spot after work every day. There is so little space that I can barely get into the spot. I really wish they weren't so skimpy on the spots.
