Property Ratings at La Madera Apartments
The location is super convenient, close to shopping centers, restaurants, and easy freeway access. The community is relatively quiet, and the grounds are kept clean and well-maintained. My unit was freshly renovated when I moved in, with updated appliances and modern finishes that gave it a nice, clean feel. Maintenance has been responsive if I have to submit a request, and the leasing staff has always been friendly and helpful. Parking is generally easy to find, and I feel safe walking around the property, even at night. If you're looking for an affordable and well-located apartment in Federal Way, I’d definitely recommend checking out La Madera.
